Very quick shipping within UK. Everything was exactly as I ordered and they even gave me a free pen. I have purchased from this site for a few years and always had a good experience. This is one of the best Kawaii shops in the UK.

I ordered the Sumo size snack bag and I'm super happy with it! Great variety of snacks, and the value is definitely there. Also the drawstring bag is super cute so that's a nice bonus. My package was shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Tofu Cute and I see myself ordering again in the future!

All of the toys received were heavily covered in some kind of crumbs, pencil has sticky residue on it and paper goods were bent - some more than the others. Reply I have received would have been alright as they have offered to return the items or £3 voucher as apology however the tone it’s written in was very unprofessional.

Entire vibe had “it’s not our fault” and “it’s not a big deal” stamped all over it. Seeing the response they have given to other low star reviews just confirms that they have difficulty suppressing their somewhat manipulative attitude.

The presentation of the goods received is equal to the presentation of the customer service.

Also, I came across their social media post where they are throwing toys out of the window onto the street as an attempt to guilt people into buying them which only further confirms their attitudes towards their business, how they deal with stock and customers. I wish I saw this sooner as I would’ve avoided them altogether.

Feels like shop is run by kids who will also treat you as one. I would return my entire order but have no energy to deal with such communication.

Cheap items. Shipping was fast, and my items came with no scruffs, no damages, but incredibly high quality fluff and cuteness. I would gladly buy from this company again.

Update- I got a lovely and understandable response from Devon at Tofu so I've increased my rating to reflect that. Myself and my family are regular customers, my first ever order was through a friend and i'd heard at the time they were selling lucky bags at an event.. Tofu were brilliant and allowed me to buy a lucky bag even though i couldn't attend the event.. the lucky bag contained japanese candy, Amuse plushies and i received a miniature amuse puchimaru charm which is how we became regular customers! from personal experience i highly recommend, maybe one day we might take a long trip and visit 😊

Would 100% recommend I always buy a mystery bag for my daughters birthday and get myself a few snacks throughout the year, really good selection of vegetarian things very pleased with my order as always.

Shipping is very cheap for international delivery, and the toys always come in good condition

The little cute sticker left in the parcel just says how much their employees value each and every customer. I've been shopping here for years and everything has always been spot on with their service. Only issue is the stock seems to run out quickly on their website, but that is not a disaster.

My friend and I ordered from this site looking for kawaii items. Tofucute.com does not disappoint in its variety of kawaii as well as other items. The quality of products is nice too. The website itself isn’t too complicated to use. Just note that the store is based in the U.K. So the default currency is British Pounds. This can be changed easily to the currency of your choice. So far the site does what it advertises to do, which is bring quality and cute products to its customers. Where the bad part comes in, is the shipping. After ordering from the site my friend and I checked to see when our orders would come in, and it said 2-4 weeks, which seems like quite a while, but the store is not based in the United States, so I let that slide. If you are new to this site, be wary of that, you may have to wait close to a month for your order to ship. Speaking of shipping, the site allows you to track your order but does not specify what date it comes in, it just said for me “2-4 weeks”. This made the tracking aspect of this site a bit useless. However, I can overlook this due to the store not being based in the U.S. Overall. It’s a great site and provides good quality but only if you’re willing to wait. Despite its flaws, I would still recommend this site if you are looking for a site with Kawaii products or items similar in theme.
