As an international job seeker in the Netherlands, I faced many challenges that left me feeling frustrated and uncertain. After joining TogetherMatters for just one month, I learned a great deal about how to present my background and skills in a way that fits the Dutch job market.
More importantly, my anxiety decreased after learning about the “locus of control”. I also found a community of people facing similar struggles, along with enthusiastic, supportive teachers who offered valuable guidance and encouragement.
I would highly recommend TogetherMatters to anyone who feels confused about navigating the Dutch job market.

I've been following TM "Career Breakthrough" program and weekly workshops for a couple of months now, and am very satisfied with the knowledge and support I get. Having tried before several other group career coaching programs, I feel TM gives all the necessary useful job search strategies that work specifically in the Dutch market. Currently I especially enjoy joining the regular weekly online workshops and QA sessions. They support me a lot in this uncertain and sometimes frustrating job search process, allow me to adapt the strategies I use, practice and improve application and interview skills, and overall be much more prepared and optimistic to achieve my next career step objective soon!

Together Matters has helped me find structure during the process of exploring my next professional challenge. It’s not always easy to keep moving forward when you feel vulnerable, and their guidance has made a real difference.

Priscilla and Natalia bring a strong combination of clarity and humanity to what they do. Their support feels both thoughtful and practical. Thank you, ladies!

The program is really powerful, it is very well structured and rich in content. Priscilla really knows what she does. What makes this program different from others is that it doesn't just say what to do but how to do with practical assignments and intractive Q.A and practice sessions. Its very well detailed, although I prefer the content to be more concise. If you are an international this might unlock a lot new concepts that you might have not thought otherwise. Although, I feel it'd be equally useful for anyone who's looking for structured approach on how to present yourself well, networking and how do companies see your application. Good luck!

TM, as the name itself reflects, stands and support the job seekers in the developement journery togerther to reach the tangible goals. TM developed the programs to meet the requirements of all sections of the audience with highly rich content with no non sense. I joined their career coaching program in March 2026 because I needed a revamp and repositioning of my profile. The team has build a very comprehensive program that tackles all the absolutely necessary points, usual insecurities, or gaps of people who feel lost in their application journey. This is a really good team of experts who provide some very useful course materials, and back it up with weekly video calls where you get to ask questions, listen and learn from the wider job-seeking community. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs that extra bit of help finding a job and wants to feel and be part of a community that all looks out for each other to find a job! Great materials to improve CV and cover letter. Learned more about how Dutch market works and how to navigate it.

I found that Together Matters gave me the energy and deep insights I was missing in other programs. The real game-changer is the depth of the recorded material and the exercises. They give your resume and self-presentation a massive boost, provided you actually put in the work. It’s not a magic "quick fix," but a practical roadmap for a transformation that stays with you forever.

On top of the curriculum, the community is a great secondary support. Having a messaging board and regular workshops means your specific questions get answered promptly. I also really appreciated the genuine enthusiasm and care that Natalia and Priscilla bring to the process. It’s a serious investment in yourself that delivers if you’re ready to do the heavy lifting.

It started well. I was one of the first three people to sing up. Genuinely messed up my agenda for the free half n hour meeting and apologized. I thought I was dealing with humans who would understand and would get a follow up meeting at their convenience. Customer service is non existent in Netherlands.Now, I know why I am working on a product in similar field which is agentic and why it is the future.
