Always arrives quickly, great website and good prudct

I started taking the probiotics in April 2023 and it completely changed my life. I had issues with IBS and they are gone as long as I continue to take my probiotics daily. I tried a different brand that were cheaper in October 2023 but I changed back to Together Health because they do the job.

My agent was very helpful and made things very understandable. She explained every option available to me and let me make the choices that best fits me. She answered all of my questions with total patience. A great asset for your company.

He was very patient and knowledgeable. He was very helpful and I felt confident with his help.

This was a very complicated deal...but I was very lucky to deal with an outstanding agent. She (not sure I can mention names) was patient, very patient, explained everything well and in detail. And I got my plan!

My representative was Tina. I enjoyed working with her, she made sure I completely understood each step that we were working on. Tina has such a personal feeling when enrolling a client, her attitude is awesome. She makes you feel special. And the concern she displays is wonderful. I would highly recommend Together Health to anyone looking for excellent customer service in choosing a health plan.

The associate i spoke to Kayla Green was fantastic made it seem I was a family member very easy to make a wise decision

Unsolicited Telemarketer wirh this outfit tricked my elderly father into a Medicare plan worse than the plan he was already covered under.

My service representative is Jasmin. She was so helpful with any questions I had. She found information I did not even ask for or know to ask. She really took the time to explain the benefits to me in terms anyone would understand. I believe she went above and beyond with her customer service and I believe she does the same with every client she interacts with. I am very pleased that Jasmin was the support person who answered my call.

I spoke with Alafia Young, she was great explained everything to me and was so patient with me. I would definitely give her a 5+.

Had the pleasure of speaking with L.Roche regarding our Healthcare options. When I say he went above and beyond helping us find the best plan , He made phone calls when we were not sure of the coverage we currently had . He guided us and was VERY informative. We spent over an hour on the phone making sure a new plan would cover all of our needs and our Family doctor and specialist were in the new coverages network. I would recommend when calling this company you use his extension 3429!

Katessa and that's with a c a t i s s a and Claire handled my situation concerns in my needs in the most phenomenal way I've ever experienced I'm obsessive compulsive very picky individual with a borderline personality but I'm not crazy they have changed my life today I sense of humor professionalism very punctual and articulate in speech and very compassionate and understanding as though it was for their own family member or friend that whoever has hired them or whoever they're working for Medicare and Humana they have two very very great and wonderful women that are assets to that company or companies that should be awarded and rewarded and certainly recognized as queens and top in their field thank you very much young ladies for what you did for me :-)

Jack Eurick was the agent that assisted me. He seemed genuinely interested in meeting my needs. He was professional, courteous, attentive and patient, and spoke to me like a real person, not just a potential source of income. I enjoyed working with him and look forward to any future interactions.

I can’t use Extra Benefits for grocery shopping as none of the partner stores are near me and stores I shop are not accepting the card. I called and wrote several times but Aetna/Nations is not responsive. Phone clerks understand but can’t help. The eyeglasses place ON THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS does not accept Medicare! EXTRA benefits as offered by Aetna is USELESS to me!!

Not happy at all. I was assured that I had dental coverage with my new PPO, but when I got to the dentist, No Coverage! Luckily I had a surplus in my account that paid for my cleaning.

I have since gone back to an HMO through another broker. I will have to pay for Part B again, but I will have lower copays and better benefits. Also I will be covered in all 50 states.

The best thing about my experience was my agent Shaneze. She made my whole experience fantastic. She explain things in every day language that was amazing. I highly recommend this organization for any future work with Medicare.

My Agent of Record is Christine Collier. Although I have been a participant to Medicare, I have moved from the west coast, here to Tennesse. I am unfamiliar the procedure and part C vs medi-gap coverage, here in my new home State of Tennessee. Not understanding Advantage v gap coverage, I reached out to the Amerigroup for assistance. Christine Collier was fantastic. She listened carefully and suggested a new plan which looks great to me. I was and am 100% satisfied with the personal, professional and knowledgeable service/information Christine provided. Thank you!

Nicholas was extremely pleasant, informative and patient. I’m so glad I wasn’t on the phone for hours doing this. He spoke so I could understand and hear him and he covered a lot of information. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience choosing and switching insurance plans. You have a great employee!

The folks in the first two links were awesome. The agent at then end was thorough BUT he had to READ me a complicated legal text to which I had to understand and say YES or NO. It took nearly an hour for the reading. UGH.
