Tohouse Reviews

Claudia super disponibile per tutto il periodo di ricerca!

Since I was going to work at the university, I was looking for a place to live. Claudia at To House helped me a lot. I would recommend her not only to employees but also to students.

I was disappointed with the first estate agency because they were not so helpful. Their response was so slow. On the list of room owners they gave me, there was no information other than the owner's name and phone number. No price and no conditions (such as "furnished" etc.). How can I know if it's a room I want just from this information?

When I contacted Claudia at To House on the recommendation of an owner, I was sceptical at first, thinking that all estate agents in Italy are not reliable. However, I was immediately proven wrong. She was always quick to respond, always full of information and always friendly. I just can't believe that I paid the same amount of money to the first agency.

When it comes to finding a place to live in Italy, it is very important to find a good agency. Not all companies are bad, but you have to find a good one. In Turin, you'll never fail if you go to To House.

We were in a rush to find a good apartment in two days. Claudia understood our urge and 1h later we were visiting the first apartment. We were in good hands, as she was very helpful in all our steps.

Wonderful experience !! They found a wonderful home for me . Strongly recommended.

Thanks to To House, I was able to find my apartment in a very short period of time. Given that I wanted a new place for just 3months and almost everything was fully booked or just didn't accept to rent for such a short period of time, To House kept on searching for almost 20days and found me an apartment exactly as I wanted.

My experience with this agency was very good. Claudia was very firendly, and she helped me a lot and I could find my apartment in two days and any doubts about the apartments she will help you

I recommend as a student this agency because they are very easy to access and helpful.

Me and my brother were looking for an apartment been while and we could not find the house we were looking for but to house helped us about it therefor in short time with fair price we find an apartment

ToHouse is a really professional agency. In addition, they are very kind and compassionate. They did their job very quickly and helped us.

We were two friends, looking for a place to stay during our erasmus year. After a nice chat with Arturo, he got us our first viewing the same day. Less than a week after first meeting, we found an appartment we liked and got a contract. Would highly reccomend, worth every euro.

Claudio and Arturo are very professional and friendly. They helped us within a week to five an appropriate accommodation. Their assistance was very important and essentiel for us. I recommend them highly. They are a dynamic and efficient team :)

It was great.

I am a student at POLITO, and i was searching for a bilocale near the POLITO area.
Before signing a contract with ToHouse, I had been searching for a bilocale for around 2 weeks. However, I couldn’t find any bilocale with an affordable price, and most agencies wanted at least 2 months of the rent as commission. That is until my friend suggested ToHouse’s services in which you only pay 250€ and they handle the search for an apartment and arrange visits with the apartment owners. I met Claudia who was extremely nice, helpful and hard working, and she instantly started my search for an apartment from the moment I signed the contract.
She would send me at least 2-3 different apartment options every day that perfectly matched my requirements until I found the one that best suited me. This is not an exaggeration, but I have genuinely never had such a good and honest experience with a real estate office. Claudia never left my side during the search, and she would always provide me with better options until i found an amazing bilocale. In addition to that, all of the apartments that Claudia suggested were very affordable, clean and newly renovated. Most importantly, Claudia would arrange a meeting between me and the apartment owner to see the apartment which made it really easy for me since everything was perfectly scheduled.
I can 100% assure you that Claudia will find a perfect apartment that suits you, and you won’t be disappointed by her services.
Finally, if you are searching for a quick, efficient and affordable way to find an apartment ToHouse is the best option.

Fast and reliable service, and great staff!
I was new in the city, not only did they help to find the perfect home within my budget, but they also provided assistance for gas, electricity, and internet registration completely free of cost.
Highly recommended.
