Worst customer service ever!
Only half the order arrived. When I contacted TojaGrid, I was informed that they corrected the issue and was told to following the UPS tracking number, which I did. It listed the missing box as returned to Tojagrid. After 14 days,4 emails and 6 phone calls to customer service, they were unable to get the product in the mail. On day 14 I asked for a refund and was told that the customer service person that I had been dealing with could not refund my monies. So after 14 days of a painful process I am left to left to chase Tojagrid for my money. Incredible!
