Greatly improved attention

I have been using Tokeet for several years now and at first I was stressed that I had no way to contact them by phone, only by chat. But now they have greatly improved the attention in the chat.

The attention is fast and accurate.
In my most recent request for help, Ahsaan's service was perfect. In a matter of minutes my problem was solved.

I highly recommend Tokeet to all…

I highly recommend Tokeet to all property managers, or short term rental owners. The customer service is always impeccable and they have comprehensive directions in video, articles, and chat's if you ever run into something new or confusing. The integration is super helpful. Tokeet helps me run my business on multiple platforms with hardly ever any problems. When I do run across an issue, its usually human error on my part, but they are always very helpful to get me back on track.

Horrible service. Horrible CEO.

Horrible service. Horrible CEO. After a month of being pushed off by support when they couldn’t resolve an issue my client was having using their booking widget (it was not usable therefore bookings couldn’t be made). I finally contacted the CEO on LinkedIn stating we needed help or I was going to go social until we do (fighting for my client). Instead of assisting us, the CEO told me I was a security risk because I was not the administrator, blocked my communication and told me I’m unprofessional and a bad business owner. All of this after my client emailed him authorizing me and changed me to the admin so their business is no longer hurt by this issue caused by Tokeet. I’ve never dealt with such an unhelpful rude company. Now that I’ve read more reviews I’m finding this is common. Stay away!

I just reviewed this support thread. Brandy complained about slow response on this widget on Feb 26 and it was sent to Engineering within hours by Customer Support. (Widgets are used to support direct booking on a client's website.)

Engineering had other priorities at that time, but someone else in CS brought it back up on March 8 and it was resolved in a day. I see a LOT of back and forth conversation about it.

I'm not privvy to her exchanges with our CEO in the following month+ before posting this review, but I think a little context about what "Horrible" means is in order.
