Bad Refund policy

I bought prism for Seven knight rebirth via razergold link, but they declined it because of wrong region (i already checked its matched with my region) but they kept decline it, and refund my money into useless coupon code, so i didnt get back my money.

Never top up on this site, because it's a scam, I topped up 300 diamonds but they didn't come in, it said pending, I was told to wait 1-3 minutes, and the diamonds still didn't come into my account.
