Terrible Customer Service.

Downright immature and rude customer service. I had hundreds of dollars in pre orders cancelled because they had trouble importing my products which is a bummer but it's fine. But then they issued a gift card with NO OPTION for a refund. I was extremely worried I had just lost hundreds of dollars and emailed immediately threatening a charge back if I don't get my money back. They then issued me a refund but replied gaslighting me as if it was an option the whole time and I was being rude for not asking politely for MY MONEY. They said the world is out to get me and they went on and on about not being a big business like it's my responsibility to be nice to them when they took hundreds of my dollars away from me. Some genuinely immature, childish behavior. I posted on a couple Facebook pages about it but they are moderators on big toy pages and immediately tried to paint me like the bad guy. I can't beleive this company hasn't run into constant issues with policies like this.

AWFUL company. You will have your money tied up in pre orders for months or longer, then they will fight you on giving your money back. This screams liquidity issues and an overly defensive (and failing) business to me. BUYER BEWARE.

Last complain is their order history if you do payment options is an outright mess. There's no clear order history for single items broken out into payments. Payments are treated like their own order so viewing how much money you've paid for an item is just extremely messy. More so if you have multiple items in one order. Just avoid this shop at all costs.

will cancel your order and not refund you

please lord do not give them your money if you actually want an item. i preordered an item a year ago. the item released several months ago, and i heard nothing from them about it shipping or even a delay or anything, nothing. finally i reached out asking what was going on, only to be told they were cancelling preorders for that item and i would be refunded (if i hadnt reached out i highly doubt they ever wouldve contacted me). whatever. but, then they tell me they cant refund me, only offer store credit. why would i want store credit for a store that doesnt send out orders and doesnt communicate with people?? please avoid, just a huge headache and now im out over 70 dollars.

“Make sure to check their policies before ordering!”🫶💖

There was a miscommunication between me and the customer service team. I had simply asked to cancel my preorder (a Kamen Rider toy) because I found a better deal for a similar item on their own website, which included more accessories.

After clearly explaining which item I wanted to cancel and which one I wanted to purchase instead, they said they went ahead and charged me for the other item — one I never intended to buy at that price. (Technically, it was the same item I wanted, but I was referring to the cheaper version.) I understand it’s business, but still…

When I contacted their customer service, they responded with, “Let us know if you want to cancel this order.” I replied promptly, but didn’t receive a response right away.

Eventually, I had to dispute the charge with my bank. After that, they canceled all of my preorders — both recent and old — apparently because the bank got involved. Then, they banned me from making any future purchases.

Maybe this is a sign I should stop buying toys 😳💦💦💦

Great communication and fast delivery!

I had a very pleasant experience with Tokullectibles. After purchasing, I reached out to verify when my item would be delivered since I am based in UK. The reply was prompt via email and my concerns were addressed. I was provided with tracking information and the item arrived super quick (around five days!). I even got a little chocolate treat with my figure which was a quirky/nice gesture. Will definitely be buying from them again when looking for another figure!

All I can say is buyer beware and ready…

All I can say is buyer beware and ready EACH AND EVERY company policy before purchasing. If something goes wrong with your order, you will literally pay the cost, even if the issue was caused by the company. For the most part, I've had no issues with purchases. However, when issues arose, the company's customer service is extremely lacking and basically cancels out the good times. One purchase I made involved an item that they could clearly see what discoloured and chipped before they mailed it out. Upon receipt, I contacted them about the issues and requested an exchange. They declined my request and told me I could only request a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. Upon returning the item to them, they then attempted to subtract an additional shipping fee from my refund. Only after I showed them where their policy said I can pay the shipping directly (which I clearly had since they had already received the return), did they only subtract the 20% restocking fee. This transaction seemed dishonest, especially since the issues were clearly visible, and an easy way to either get rid of the damaged item or make 20% of the sales price from consumers by sending it out and then requiring the consumer to either keep it or be subject to the restocking fee. The second issue I had involved a pre-order item that they were subsequently unable to complete. I forwent purchasing the item from a different company, and after I was eventually notified by Tokullectibles that they could not acquire the item I pre-purchased, I could no longer get the item anywhere else. The third issue involved a purchase that USPS failed to deliver and returned to the company as "unable to deliver as addressed." Despite the issue arising between USPS and Tokullectibles (with the former blaming the latter), Tokullectibles told me I had to pay to re-ship the item to me. They invoked a policy on their webpage that says that if the item is returned "for invalid address or for any other reason," and determined it included errors attributed to Tokullectibles and USPS. Despite my never receiving the package and my address remaining the same for all purchases I've made through Tokullectibles, I was required to pay to receive the item I had already paid for previously. Long story short, if anything should go wrong with your order, you will be responsible and pay, regardless of the reason.
