Bought stuff off Kinguin, delayed + too short duration

Bought stuff off Kinguin, some boosts for discord server. Boosts were supposed to come in within 24 hours after filling request on their site (with code received on Kinguin.)

So, I fill it out, 24 hours pass - nothing. I fill out a ticket, instantly (literally within seconds) the order page renews on their site, the boosts arrive within next few hours, I thought it's all resolved.

Now, 3 weeks later, my boosts have been removed, even if they were bought for 4 weeks (1 month). Just annoying as hell.
