have been a patient with Tree of Life Health since 2018. While there were aspects of my care over the years that were beneficial, my overall experience in recent years has been deeply disappointing due to both clinical neglect and severe administrative failures.

For four years, my lab work consistently showed extremely low ferritin levels as the primary driver of my symptoms. Despite having this clear data, the practice continuously overlooked it—guiding me toward ineffective supplements, scientifically unviable iron patches, and even advising me to donate blood, which directly contradicted my lab results and worsened my condition.

To make matters worse, after spending thousands of dollars with this clinic over eight years, I was recently sent to a collections agency over a $100 fee without ever receiving a bill or a single phone call to inform me of a declined card on file. When client care reached out via email to offer a resolution, they went completely silent after my reply, allowing the collection agency's automated process to continue unabated.

The complete breakdown in basic patient communication, combined with years of neglecting a clear health driver, is unacceptable for a wellness practice. I would strongly caution anyone dealing with complex health issues or iron deficiencies before relying on their care.
