Tom Plumb boilers 

Used Tom for many years now. He's fitted a new boiler in our previous house and in this one. Work done to a very high standard. Brilliant communication and is friendly and helpful. Our dog adores him

There was a time when I thought that Tom was the best in town. I spent a fortune on his services when we first moved into our house. But success may have got the better of him. He no longer answers the phone (as he always did in the past), you now have to send an email, which his wife may or may not answer in a few days time. I recently had him come for boiler service and to check on a faulty shower. Though I asked for Tom on two occasions to give me a call to discuss the work, he never did. Eventually, his assistant Luke came instead. I am sure Luke is a capable plumber, he did spend an hour here, regrettably neither fixing the shower nor doing the boiler service. I was charged £115 for nothing, however with the promise he will return with the right tools and spare parts. He never showed up again. A subsequent plumber I called deemed those parts unnecessary, so in a way I should be happy, as I would have been taken to the bank. Avoid at all costs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Truly pathetic service.

Was helpful in mending our boiler the first time, and offered a guarantee in case it broke again.

It's broken again within the guarantee period and he's now not answering to any of our texts or calls.

Very happy with the recent boiler replacement by Tom. From the start of the installation he worked meticulously, dealing with the previous install pipework and fabrications to ensure a perfect job on his behalf. He worked throughout in a clean and organised manner, which is nice to see nowadays when inviting someone into your home that you don't know. An excellent installation, we are so glad to have our heating back on, it was a pleasure to meet a 5 star tradesman.

Had a new boiler installed for my parents and Tom the engineer was spot on time arriving, had a look to see what he was working with, always explaining to my parents what he was going to do. He laid the film on the floor and started not long after, never seeming to slow or rest. After everything was completed he explained how the boiler worked and how to use the new controller. Parents are extremely happy with the service he provided and would definitely recommend his services to anyone thinking of having a new boiler installed. Tom the engineer who came to fit our new combi-boiler was spot on time each day, he firstly laid cling film on all the traffic areas he would be using during the installation, worked tirelessly throughout the 2 days, and made sure the disruption was kept to a minimum. All the old water tanks, old boiler and rubbish were collected on the second day, everything went like clockwork, I was very satisfied with his work and communication with me throughout the 2 days, I would highly recommend to anyone... 5 Stars from Mr Clowes Stoke-on-Trent

Tom has done a few jobs for me. He is very knowledgeable, polite & reasonably priced. The latest job he completed for me was replacing my old shower tiles with panels, as well as replacing the shower head & hose and fixing an issue we had with the trap. I trust Tom enough to leave him in my house & when I returned home the job was finished to a fantastic standard. He always maintains cleanliness during the job & leaves the place spotless.
