My husband order 2 masks on April.20, 2020 and we have yet to receive the item as of today. Emailed custom service and was told to just calmly wait it out and that they won't process a refund because it's supposedly already been shipped. And this company has a US address but items come from China???!!!! DON'T ORDER FROM TBIS COMPANY!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
Horrible wait time, horrible communication. They say 2-3 week delivery to US aling with a 3-5 day processing. Purchased 3 masks April21st they never shipped untill I asked for a tracking number. I checked the tracking number and the package never left for over a week. Then it sat in china airport for another week. I has been 5 weeks since my purchase and STILL have nothing but a tracking number saying the package is in california? Going to dispute the charge with AMEX if it does not arrive by the weekend. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I bought a face mask off one of their ads on Facebook. I bought it towards the end of April. Here we are, almost the middle of May and it finally shipped. After two emails to them in which the first one said they had some 3 day holiday and since my money transaction went through the tomato store from Canada.. google showed no holidays for Canada. So I emailed again and got a line about waiting for a tracking number... finally just got a text saying my item was being shipped from some company I’ve never heard of called Whistl... which apparently is a company in the UK... and the tracking number provided doesn’t even work.
So the Tomato store is just a company taking your money to resell items they don’t even have in stock and expect to wait extremely long times as they have to order it from someone else probably for way cheaper than you paid them for it.
Edit - finally got the tracking to work and surprise surprise it’s shipping to me straight from china... so buy from a company and get billed in Canada and it comes to me from China..
Paid over $30 for a pos case for my note 9 that was supposed to glow in the dark. It doesn't look anything like the photoshopped images on their site, and more importantly is so cheaply made, that there is no way I would trust putting my phone in it. It would offer zero impact protection. The cutouts are also wrong. This thing wasn't worth $3.
