This was a message I sent to Tom as in the midst of what is one of the most stressful things we can do it's good to find people/companies that still care and we should not forget to let them know when they've done a great job.

Morning Tom,
Now I've finally come up for air just wanted to send you a message to say thank you for helping me sell my house, answering questions and just generally doing a great job of getting it over the line, also a massive thank you to Julie as at times she was the calm in the storm in the last week running up to completion and exchange, carry on what you're doing and you'll smash it, wishing you all the very best and I'd definitely recommend you to anyone thinking of selling 😊

Tom and his team were able to get me into this property in record time.

On completion, which was a Friday morning, he was ready and waiting with the keys!

Couldn't have gone any smoother, the tracking website was great as it allowed me to see what lay ahead and keep it all in one place.

I recommend you get a solicitor with a good rating this will make the process much faster and easier.

Always polite, personable and professional, Tom understands the local market very well and is keen and honest about properties and financials around them, should I be looking to move in the future I will go straight to Tom.

Tom was fantastic at helping get what I needed to move forward with my life and get everything out of a property!

Always in touch via phone call or email and has the knowledge to help with any sort of issue or advice with other steps.

Would recommend Tom to anyone selling very efficient him and his team. Very supportive and always wanting the best outcome for everyone.

I could not recommend Tom and Julie enough!! They were both so helpful and reassuring through my sale and purchase. Considering everything that happened with my buyers solicitors and buyers, they were both still there to support me all the way. Communication between then and my solicitor was brilliant. It’s a shame that my buyer’s solicitors were completely shambolic from start to finish!!

To be honest he only got one star as it didn't give me the option for no stars. He is rude and arrogant and when cornered reverts to swearing, very professional! He was never available not even on the day of completion when he should have handed over our keys. Would not recommend him to my worse enemy! He blames everyone for his own incompetence.

Absolutely excellent service, Tom is amazing & seems to work around the clock to ensure his customers have the best service. He goes above & beyond, even in a struggling market iv had lots of viewings & a sale within a couple of weeks. Honestly would highly recommend

Really difficult to get hold of by phone when we finally did arranged a viewing where he didn’t turn up. When he finally called us back after many attempts to contact him he said an offer had been accepted the day before and we should have had a message??? We travelled 30 mins, waited 30mins. Totally unprofessional avoid!
Didn’t receive any message in time or otherwise!

Known Tom Bates for a number of years now since he first started at an estate agents.
Since then he has moved several time’s gaining tons of knowledge and now eventually taking all his experience to venture on his own.
Tom has always been there for me whenever I’ve needed an evaluation or just advice on any of my properties.
He’s never ever let me down wether it’s a call or a meeting that I throw at him out of the blue he’s always there to offer a helping hand.
Would definitely recommend his advice, experience and knowledge to anyone.

I really can’t praise Tom highly enough. I was in a hurry to sell as I was moving abroad and when the first sale of my house fell through due to time wasters he had my house back on the market and sold for a higher price within 24 hours! His knowledge and customer service are exemplary and the extra time and effort he put in for me to get the second sale through quickly went above and beyond what was expected. He never missed a call or failed to reply quickly to a message. 5 stars is not enough for the service I got.
