Really awful recent experience, and the customer service are truly arrogant, I've been waiting for my small payout since the 28th and was told all sorts of nonsense and today was told arrogantly to go make a complaint to the gambling authority! And they cannot help or provide me any information, If there is an issue why not just say so and not be arrogant about it? Really terrible experience after a couple of years of actually not a bad site

mathematically impossible to be "random winnings" in bingo on tombola if you see the same names winning daily for months.

Its a bit funny to see that you say bingo winnings are made with a random generator, yet the same names win over and over again, daily. There are simply algorithms used for accs to win, nothing is "100% random". If you see a name winning 3 full houses in 10 games, thats not random, its rigged and happens daily with the same accouns over and over again for hours. i see that every single day on Tombola.

Another thing is the jp winnings. three weeks ago a acc won 14.000€+ didnt wrote a single word till now.
Yesterday that same account won another jp from over 4.000€+, again, not a single word written.

Pretty confident that Tombola uses his own accounts/bot accounts to launder money from the players with absolut disgusting algorithms for acc's to win all the time. You literally can be logged in for 8 hours and see the same 5 names winning the fh over and over again. ofc random ppl win too,i won too, but its to obl that its not random and rigged.

This site is just appalling
Id is send in when you reach, £2000 no other id is ever needed,as they stated when send it in, yet they dissable accounts and suspended them because they want to see bank statements up to 3 months this is absolutely appalling, no one has a right to see private documents to play on a bingo site, a review is normally a email/call asking you if your enjoying a site, and making sure your responsibility gambling, this is just so intrusive and mostly because there chat is monitored by employers at this site, have a moan and your off the site I wonder why that is, so other players don't know how the site works they clearly get rid of old players and hope new ones are not listening to those who know the site well, and to do this to a relative of 91 years of age asking her for bank stuff is just unbelievable
