Scam

Placed an order for a pencil, was supposed to arrive within 5 business days. Only received a confirmation email, but no order number. Never received tracking either. It's October 9th now, and still haven't received anything. Reached out through email multiple times, without a response. Same for opening tickets through their website which I have done 4 times now. I tried to call the number I have found on Google, but they don't answer. This website is a total scam, which is weird since it's the official one. This is not how you're supposed to do business.
