Really disappointing service online. I purchased some beard oil as a stocking filler and paid for the gift wrapping service.

Their gift wrap consists of two sheets of tissue paper in a crushed brown box. Its not really a gift wrap service. Product is excellent, service is .....

They have refunded the gift wrap charge, but it's misleading and a charge that shouldn't exist.

I love everything Tom Ford if it's good enough for James Bond then it's good enough for me, I have clothes, shoes, fragrances the lot but I really do love the eyewear I have loads pairs of glasses and sunglasses only downside of is the cases the spring always breaks and doesn't stay shut making it easy for the glasses to fall out and damage it's obviouslly a manufacturing fault also the size of the case is far too big to carry around. Come on Tom give who ever makes the case a kick up the rear and tell them to get it sorted and maybe a smaller case.

I love the smells of all TF , I have 3 , Costa Azzurra , Metallique and Black orchid.But why is it you sample in store & the smell last all day yet my purchased parfume at home only last a couple of hours ,which is sad cause they are not cheap

black orchid is a let down for women. unless you want to smell like a sex object and really dark intense and mysterious then don't buy this perfume. it's good for date nights and for seductive energy maybe but for day time its too dark and deep for a lady.

I am a designer and i am always looking for the best products out there. This product is functional and aesthetic. it has a great design that will look great on my desk at work. its good quality, sturdy material, and very easy to use.

I love this product. it redefines my life and really makes a difference in my day to day life. i am now able to properly manage my time and get more done in the short amount of time i have each day because of this. Shipping was also really easy and convenient!

Are all your staff rude or is it just the Asian lady at the John Lewis counter in Leeds?? I did ask her for her name and I can remember it started with the letter Z, and May have been Zakheer but not the precise name.

I asked to try one lipstick on and she was faffing around like it was a massive chore. I wanted to buy this lipstick too, but she put me off with her half hearted attitude.

I then asked if I could try a perfume and she was unpleasant about this too…! For a customer who you can easily judge isn’t freeloading, surely you would be more respectful!? No in fact you should treat all your customers with dignity and respect!! Don’t be rude and make us feel like we are asking you for a favour to try your perfumes!! Be nice and offer samples..! Tom Ford is about building a loyal customer base, not putting customers off!

Totally disappointing, basic info missing on most items, for instance: what are the dimensions of a BAG?

Great clothes and fragrances. Love the TF style.

Tuscan Leather EDP 100ml
Four days ago I ordered this expensive scent direct from Tom Ford UK. Later that day I checked out the reviews on Trustpilot and was horrified to read about poor customer service, especially as I had had minimal confirmation of my order.
However the item arrived this morning [notwithstanding the weekend].
I would say prompt and excellent service.

Bought a large 250 ml bottle of discontinued fragrance from Harvey Nichols. The decanter top was faulty and smashed on opening. Tom ford uk were great as they sent me another bottle of my choice of the same value. However was sent incorrect product but in response they let me keep the incorrect product but also sent me the original product of choice.

Bought shoes from them, looking cute but the shoes itself on my feet, its terrible. I've got blisters on the back of my feet. Will not buy again.

2 times I asked a question to customer service about a complaint, no response.

Someone at Tom Ford online needs to get a grip.
The website payment portal is appalling and constantly generates error messages despite all details being correct and card authorised.

You must be losing money hand over fist because although I gave up after 14 attempts to pay plus a call to the very helpful Maxine at TF Customer Care (even she was getting error messages when she unsuccessfully tried to put a manual payment through), I bet most people would have given up way before me.

So I walked away without buying because I couldn't pay. For a supposed quality brand this is dreadful customer care and poor business acumen.

Sent an unwanted gift back after ordering from TF website. Refund has taken 5 working days so far and is expected to be another 5 working days as company refunded my PayPal using ECheque. Unacceptable considering the funds leave my account immediately! By the time I receive my refund it will be nearly 4 weeks from when I returned it with next day delivery. Will not be buying online again!!

This Brand is a good and very expensive with huge margins and profits. I'm happy to pay for what I want, but it is never available in the scent or size you want. Thus, you are always left with ones that don't sell, and leave the brand experience poor. Think its time to shop elsewhere as customer service is poor and unhelpful. Brand decline awaits!

Returned a pair of sandals which didn't fit nearly a month ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. DPD tracking says they delivered them however customer services seem to have no clue and keep telling me I'll have my refund processed which I still haven't received. Appalling service from a "luxury" brand :(

good parfumes! i love the style of this brand

I’ve just bought the new version of ‘Santal Blush’ Private Blend - I had this exact fragrance about 5 years ago - (clear bottle - it’s now black and gold bottle like all the other private blends )
I’d always get comments about the fragrance and it would last the whole day, I literally only needed to use two or three sprays at most. Now, the initial smell lasts around 30 minutes and by the end of the day the smell isn’t even there. What ever happened? I am SO disappointed, this was my ultimate fragrance of all time , it has definitely been watered down. WHY?! The price isn’t watered down though is it?? Extremely disappointed TF. 🤦🏼‍♀️
