I love getting perfume samples before I buy and it seems like this company are too good to send perfume samples to anyone who asks. I was told they have none for distribution but wanted to get me to buy. I try before I buy anything perfume related.

Having ordered at the beginning of December, my order has not been delivered by DHL. I rang customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do until 22 December. Customer service noted my complaint but was unwilling to resend the order and after 25 minutes waiting and talking to the person, I then had to hang up. It was very poor and I would never order from this company again.
