I thought I'd try to play but

I thought I'd try to play but, have found the sheer weight of emails too much. Eventually tried to unsubscribe ....and then tried again ....and then again .....and guess what .....there's no way of contacting either. The character in the videos seems fine, but the behind the lines setup seems poor.

Based on the business - I'd give a 1/5.
Based upon his competence - I'd give 3/5.
I'm veering for 2/5.

Gain contact - and maybe my 2 star rating will change.

!!BEWARE!!

I signed up and created an account with this online school after watching Tomlin's YouTube videos, because he seemed genuinely knowledgeable and passionate about teaching, and who wouldn't be tempted by free lessons?

However, I was uncertain about which harmonica to buy, as when I looked on Amazon for the harmonica specified by Tomlin (A ‘Hohner Special 20 in the key of C’ ), I found TWO Hohner models which seem to have exactly the same price and specification but with TWO different model numbers: M560016X and M560016P 🤔

So naturally, I reached out via the website's help email for guidance. But what did I get in the way of help? Absolutely nothing 😞

Instead of receiving any helpful response, I was bombarded with a slew of emails urging me to start the lessons and pay for the full course!

I even replied to Tomlin, asking them to stop sending me these unsolicited emails, especially when they hadn't even taken the time to address my initial question so I could get started. I mean at this point I didn't even own a harmonica, I was just trying to figure out which one to buy so I could start learning.

To top it off, I noticed that the website doesn't provide any contact details, which just feels unprofessional. It seems like Tomlin cares more about pushing you to spend money than actually engaging with you or providing the help that was promised.

I have now deleted my account, and would advise people to think twice about signing up to this money, rather than customer, orientated website 😒
