Super nutritious food, high quality litter, and above all the best customer service ever! I was running out of food for my cat because the banks were taking longer than expected to process payment, and they sent my food forward earlier so that I wouldn’t run out!

I find the product of good quality and like the fact that you can order monthly automatically. This is the best cat sand by far and the toy you get as a gift is a bonus. What I did not like was the emails after asking me to invest in the company. I did not sign up for marketing or to be approached to invest.

I regularly order wet food from Tommie the Cat and haven't had any issues. The food is good quality and the customer service is responsive and friendly. I love that they throw in a free cat toy with each delivery!

I ordered a set of chicken, turkey, and beef wet foods as well as a sample box. Kitty seems to really enjoy everything so far, so I will definitely be ordering from here again:)

Tommie the cat employees are very helpful with every question you may have. I never have to worry about running out of cat food now with the subscription I have.

edit 2: They asked in a comment here to provide proof as soon as I changed my review to one star. I sent photos and videos and they ignore me for over a month now. Horrible service, don’t ask for documentation of the dust from your client if you’re not even going to dignify it with a response.

Sadly I came back to edit my review to 1 star after one week of using the odorless Tommie litter, because I am genuinely worried!
-The non-tracking doesn't work as soon as the litter is a little bit used, it was great for 2 days only
- Now the litter sticks on my cat's feet, clumps between the toes and visibly bothering him
- I was already worried with the amount of dust, it was a horrible sign that I suffocate every time I empty the litterbox, but now I notice that my cat coughs and goes to drink water after using the litterbox, clearly it irritates his throat.

So unfortunately I had to throw away the whole thing, big money waste and extremely disappointing experience from a small company.

my original review after 2 days of use: very noticable difference when it comes to tracking and leaving grains around the house, this litter is the first i have experienced that left so little mess around!

nevertheless, unfortunately i still won’t be buying again, for two reasons: 1) the bag is delivered ripped, and i see it’s a common occurance. it makes it extremely difficult to fill the litterbox and store the leftover, top it off when needed. and this brings to the second reason: 2) the litter is extremely dusty, i have to put on a mask every time i empty the litterbox because from that simple scooping the dust is suffocating. this makes me worried for my cat’s health while using it.

Has something changed with the litter formula? We’ve noticed that it has become much dustier over the last while. Also, with our last two orders, the bags have completely torn / fallen apart, and the remaining litter (that hadn’t spilled out) could only be salvaged by transferring to a different container.

The cat litter is really good and clumpy. Leaves no to little smell compared to others I've used. Been using it for a week now.

Love the cat litter! It's the best we've tried. It's not smelly and clumps very well without falling apart during scooping like other brands do. And there really is no dust anymore when scooping which was a huge problem with the other brands. Highly recommend! Asides from that it's really cute they send your cat a little toy with your order :-)

I bought some wet food and some litter for my cat. The wet food was okay, even though the fish-based food I received was grey upon opening it first time and I didn’t give it to my cat since it didn’t look good. They send toys with every order which is sweet, orders are packed well and they ship fast. However, the reason for not giving better stars is actually the litters I ordered. The fine grain gets all over the house even though I have a special litters box that filters my cat’s paws upon leaving the box (I have a Maine Coon x Calico mix, long hair). Even though my cat did not have any complaints, I could not stand using it for more than a day since no other type of litter (and I tried many) my house didn’t get this dirty. I also realized my cat started to sneeze intensively after getting out of his litter when I used this litter. Also I got the babypowder smelled one as well as the regular, and it does not smell to babypowder and has no difference than the regular. The poop & pee smell has been over the top with this litter as well so I unfortunately do not recommend it. Only if they do refunds and if you want to try fine grain, then I recommend trying out their trial one. Now I have an unopened package that I’ll try to give it away to someone… unfortunate 2 stars for what seems to be a lovely & caring company. I could maybe give their dry food a go since there are good reviews for long haired cats but I’m kind of shying away from the company now frankly.

For odor-control, this is the best litter I've found. It's also very soft for their sensitive paws and doesn't track excessively.

Update: Tommie the cat team were kind and observant of their customers’ expectations. They sent me free bags of cat litter which turned out to be great, absorbent, dust-free, and no-smell. And again gifted my cat her favorite cat-nip bag.

Well the service is great, delivery and a gift, thanks a lot!
The problem was that the litter is supposedly 99.99% dust-free, but it isn’t. It doesn’t make sense that 00.01% could generate that much dust, my cat has asthma and yet again I have been failed by supposedly 99.99% dust-free litter, just keep throwing out money out the window
