POLO SHIRTS

I ordered 2 polo shirts for my partner. He loved them! However the buttons were really loose so we were going to sew them tighter. Before we could a button came off and broke in half.

I contacted customer service to ask for some new buttons and they advised they would send 2 new tops....which they did.

Great service!

Take your money somewhere else

So I’ll keep this short. 2 points:

1) The quality of the shirts is the worst I’ve ever seen. They are absolutely not worth the money.. & in fact even 2 for £10 would be stretching it.

2) They will ship via carrier pigeon from somewhere in East Asia.. so if you do decide to throw away your money, you won’t have anything to show for it for roughly 1 month.

Great Replacement Service!

I am a Large in some shirts, and XL in others...I received fantastic service when I ordered the wrong size and needed to exchange them. Friendly and fast responses, solutions above what I expected...just fantastic service! Thank you very much!

Free advice

After reading all the reviews almost 50% have to do with sizing issues. Too small - I myself had the exact same issue. I wont get into the length of time to ship the product...thats another review for another time. My suggestion would be to work with your supplier to figure out your sizing issue - it must be costing a small fortune in double shipping costs, refunds, store credits etc. How is this a viable model? Anyway, on the customer service side, I was offered a plethora of options - I chose the store credit - after picking a new product I worry that the size will again be too small and I will be into a second store credit scenario where I might end up having to order a hat when I really wanted a shirt. My suggestion is to review the customer experience end to end but start with your product line and suppliers. Free advice.

Seems to be a scam business with recent…

Seems to be a scam business with recent reviews definitely being written by the company folks themselves, because, actual experience is complete opposite. If you god forbid order and end up with a smaller fit which you most certainly will, they will not respond and never send you any replacement options! All your money will be in drain. They don’t respond to emails, never send any replacement options or even return labels. We are waiting for a return label and replacement since 6-7 weeks. I am going to report them to BBB.

Great Customer Service

I bought a couple of Davante Polo shirts from Tom Ralph and when they arrived I tried them on (they were a Large which I usually wear) and they did not fit - they were a size too small. I contacted customer service and they responded promtly, arranging for a size XL to be shipped to me, which arrived very quickly. The XL fit perfectly! They have terrific customer service. I went onto their website and ordered in anoter color. My only suggestion is that you order one size larger than usual.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am still awaiting for a refund after chasing my order 3 times to be told that it cannot be cancelled and refunded as it had already shipped to then after the 4th time of chasing to be told that due to a product being out of stock I could cancelled the whole order. Their customer service is appalling and this company should not be allowed to trade. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Clothes are not adult sized

Clothes are not adult sized. I ordered a XL in two polos, shirt are easily a medium. Stitching is cheap and thread tags are hanging from stitching. Customer service is responsive but is not easy to deal with, either 50% refund or you pay to send it back plus restocking fees. Unless you want to gamble with another product from them.

Buyer beware! I ordered 2 polo shirts in a XXL size…

I ordered 2 polo shirts in a XXL size assuming they would be large enough even though I wear a XXL size in most major brands (Ralph Lauren, Lands End, Tommy Hilfiger etc.)and XL in other brands (Tommy Bahama Relax). Well the shirts arrived and they were barely a large in size. In addition, the quality was cheap, all the labels were cut off (hang tags, country or origin, care labels and no RN # listed). I contacted Tom Ralph Returns department and they gave me unacceptable return options including a 50% refund. Terrible solutions for a terrible product. I would not recommend buying from them. Stay far away!

Scam

Scam. False advertising. Sent cheap $1 chinese product that was a children's size, not Adult and cheap quality see through. Their website states a different return policy than what they emailed me. The item was advertised as 3-5 business days, and it shipped from china taking over 20 days. The merchant was unhelpful and an awful company, so I ended up forced to file a dispute. AVOID!

Sizes are too small

Sizes are too small. It's been over 20 days since I requested to return my order and haven't received a response. There is no customer service phone number just one email address which they never respond to.

Con company

The five star ratings on trustpilot must be false as so many have rated 1 and products too small and yet the five star are saying to they got through to customer service LIES LIES. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY RIP OFF
