Great guy, great coach
Great guy, great Coach. Tom was really supportive throughout the process - onboarding was very good and thorough to my likes and dislikes with meals and training all tailored accordingly.
The positivity he has is infectious and really alters the mindset in a great way. 10/10 wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone.
Enjoy the compliments
I have to admit that once I got the meal and workout plan I was skeptical. With encouragement from Tommy I engaged and persisted though and sure enough the results came in, and came in quickly. After two months, every time I met with friends, it was "look how big your arms are!" I had to leave early for health reasons, but I'm sure that if I had been able to continue, I would have been a tank by Summer!

I signed up with Tommy about 10 months ago! This guy is a legend. His workout plan and food makes me genuinely excited everyday.
I went from someone who works out literally for hours and saw minimal progress. I was always scared to never really “enjoy” my food. But now I workout less, eat good food that I friggin love and constantly have new workout plans that motivate me everyday. I literally look in the mirror and still pinch myself.
This guy tests your boundaries, pushes you to the limit and honestly, has gotten me to a whole level of fitness that I would never achieved without him!
This guy is the bomb!

Tom has been a great coach that has supported me with my goals of gaining weight over the last 5 months. I have put on 4kg of muscle (and of course water/fat) but have managed to also stay in shape and keep my fitness levels up whilst going on a bulk. Tom provided easy to follow training plans as well as personalised nutrition plans that were the foundation of my progress. Great experience with Tom and would recommend it to anyone that needs some advice, guidance and a extra push towards their goals.

Working with Coach Tom has been an absolute pleasure. He helped me through a very difficult time in my life with recovering from a huge accident. He helped me adapt my training program and build back my strength over time. His attitude and support is like no other. His programs are detailed and easy to follow with regular check-ins. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

I can’t believe the success I’ve seen all thanks to coach Tommy! Thanks to the incredible support and the knowledge that he’s on hand to keep you accountable, which is what I needed, I’ve see great weight loss and more importantly found a consistent way of managing my health! His energy is infectious and I felt inspired every step of the way! I’ve got a little way to go to get to where I want to be but what’s been so important is the consideration Tom gives to what’s going on and ensuring every success, be it a weight loss, just being consistent or stepping up the physical activity its all recognised. Meal plans are top notch and the exercise plans are easy to follow and give you plenty of variety! Can’t recommend him enough! Not to mention his trunk/pants partying!!! With Toms energy and support I don’t see how anyone wouldn’t see success!

For the last few weeks, I’ve managed to not only improve my physique but also my mental health.
Tom, is a fantastic Coach with great sense of humor so every catch up is filled with laugh and positive attitude which empower myself to work out even harder. Very professional coaching and definitely it’s helping me to achieve my fitness goals!
Tom is immensely passionate about what he does and his natural enthusiasm helped to relax my early worries surrounding my lack of fitness when he first started working with me. He took the time to listen to my story, understand my needs and work with me to identify some goals to aim for as part of my training. Each goal has been a challenge, and he has pushed me to work hard towards each one and been first to congratulate me on achieving success.
Tom is the kind of person that everyone wants to have him around. Always very friendly, kind and motivational.

Nothing but good things to say about Tom T.
I reached out to Tom when I was in a bit of a rut training wise and needed some help to get into the right mindset, lose some fat and gain some muscle. It's safe to say he hasn't disappointed.
The tailored training and nutrition plans he puts together have always been absolutely spot on for my needs and goals. Importantly, Tom is always changing and updating the workouts and nutrition plans to fit your preferences so that unavoidable life events (work commitments/travel etc) don't hold you back and you are always making progress.
Working with him is an extremely interactive process, and the support he offers is practically constant (I am MUCH slower to reply to his messages than he is to mine) and he is very good at providing a structured process for check-ins and to keeping you accountable.
I started seeing results quickly, but most importantly, I knew they were sustainable results because Tom was helping me to integrate the workouts into my lifestyle in a measured way that put a focus on mindset at the forefront.
I'd also add that the workout plans Tom puts together are seriously fun - Tom's enthusiastic and positive outlook on life are reflected not only in his approach to engaging with his clients but in his approach to training in general, and the process of being part of his team has been super rewarding both physically and mentally.
Getting Full Time Jacked 💪🏼
Tom has been my coach now for about 10/11 weeks.. I can hand on heart say that I’m really loving being a part of his team. He is SO personable and has a lot of time for his clients.. his personality is infectious and he just always has the ability to pick my mood up.
I’ve followed Tom’s journey over many years through TV and social media and he’s always come across as so genuine and likeable.
A little while back when I was probably off the back of no training for a good 3 or 4 months, I’d been eating crap, drinking regularly and mentally in a pretty gross place.. I had struggled through lots of things in life and hadn’t really found a true love for workouts and eating well.
Flash forward to now and my current life with Coach Tommy.. just 10/11 solid weeks in to a process of changing my mindset, my lifestyle and my mental health and that’s exactly what he has delivered so far, I’m loving the workouts, my mindset is so focussed, my food is on point and more important than any of that, he’s changed my mental state in such a positive way.
This isn’t about a restrictive no fun diet and hours upon hours of cardio and gym work.. it’s about creating a lifestyle that increases wellbeing and includes good quality workouts, great tasting food and enjoying yourself, and also Gin..
For me, Tom is an absolute legend, the things he stands for, his energy, his lifestyle and the fact that he’s a damn nice guy to boot.. complete inspiration and I’m so glad I clicked that link back in January.. 💪🏼

I enquired with Tom in November 2021, after I’d completed the London Marathon and had taken some time off intense training. I felt I had lost motivation with my training and nutrition and needed someone to guide me and put me back on track. I had been following Tom on Instagram and have always thought that his workouts looked fun and intense, as well as himself being incredibly positive.
Since then, Tom has been an all round great coach. I’ve never had an online coach before, but his infectious, positive energy really rubs off on you. He checks in with me regularly a few times a week and is incredibly easy to talk to, whether it’s about the programming or just life!!
As we have similar sports backgrounds, he also just understands what structure I need. He’s incredibly patient with my *occasionally* delayed responses and check-in updates (sorry!). He’s tailored my program a few times, to exercises I enjoy more as well as altering the duration of the workouts due to work commitments. He gives me no excuse to not be able to achieve my goals, which I’m incredibly thankful for.
Most importantly, I’ve become stronger through his programming, he listens when I have any concerns and supports my goals. Thoroughly enjoying his 1:1 coaching experience and hope to continue achieving more this year! 10/10 highly recommend

His zest for life is incredibly infectious and he has so much passion for helping people achieve their goals. I’ve had many coaches and diet plans off PT’s in my time and Tom is by far the best I’ve had. The most enjoyable, sustainable and interactive plan and coach I’ve ever had. His energy is uplifting and admirable every day and he makes this all so easy. His app is also incredible, I can’t see me working with Tom being a short term thing now. He’s changed my game big time. The results speak for themselves and are the best I’ve ever had the way it’s going. And I’ve had some pretty good physiques over the years training. My experience with Tomm T…
I approached Tom on Instagram after following his fitness journey. He instantly called back and was making a plan as we spoke. He’s been the positive voice I needed to help get me back in to better habits after slipping into bad food and no motivation during lockdown. Tom is always changing and updating the workouts and food to keep you motivated and supportive. Through highs and lows he supports you and pesters you to keep him up to date on your journey. He’s so easy to talk to and listens when you’re going threw some low points. I’ve really liked the results from working with Tom in the gym, kitchen and the pool. I highly recommend Tom as a online coach.
