Don't trust Toneden.

I used it a long time ago and everything went well but after the campaign ended, I stopped running Ads in general for years on my personal account. When I needed to do another launch, I realised that there were errors on the Ads that was set up through Toneden and it caused my account to be restricted. Because I didn't see the restriction notification I couldn't fix the errors, and because it was left with an error for too long, the option to appeal and fix the issues is gone. Now I am permanently restricted to run ads on my personal account which is linked to all of my artist pages (FB and IG).

I sent Toneden an email to request for support. Initially, someone replied asking for screenshots and everything to show them what my problem was. I provided him with multiple screenshots and further explanation which was months ago with no response since.

Their 3rd party platform caused this error and they have no way of fixing it.

Their services didn't work properly, I used them for my recent album launch and contacted their customer services to get some help and guidance and got Gaby the bot telling me someone would respond within 2hrs. I have been waiting 2 MONTHS for someone to respond and now all I want to do is cancel my account and I can't even do that without getting the same treatment. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I truly wanted ToneDen (Eventbrite Boost) to work. I definitely thought the $50/mo would help my business grow as I am far from a marketing expert. Unfortunately, it never worked. I would say the software was working about 20% of the time. They brag about saving you time and getting your ads in the right place on facebook but for the last 3 months, their service was unable to connect to facebook. Because of this, I was running my ads through facebook directly. I reached out multiple times over 3 months to ask if they were fixing their service and each time I was told " this issue is currently on Facebook's end so we're at their mercy until they sort this. Facebook has recognized the issue on their end and they're currently in the process of fixing this issue." This was the reply I received for 3 months and nothing was fixed. I finally asked if they will be providing the service for free or discounted until I'm able to use the service and they stopped replying to me completely, so I cancelled my account, because what am I paying $50 for? The worst part of this, when I cancelled my account all my facebook ads were paused by ToneDen, so now I'm trying to figure out how to completely remove their access because that's just a bit out of control. Please stay far away

I permanently erased my account after 2,5 days of Spotify Growth Campaign, my followers plunged down from 395 to 277! It scared the s31t out of me, they couldn't reply to the message because it was a national something day. The platform is looking good but I feel like I'm the least fortunate person in the world.

PS. During the campaign, I also granted them all permissions for Twitter, Soundcloud, Google, YT, Spotify (goes automatically without your action)
