The environment was very welcoming. It was my first time there and Nickie made me feel very comfortable and explained the Hydralessence treatment and the products. Well worth it ! Loved the heated underblanket on the treatment table, very cosy.

Just had the best hot stone massage from Chloe. Wouldn't go anywhere else other than Tonic. I have had a lot of massages in my time, and been to a fair few beauty places and this is by far the best. Always treated well when I visit, Chloe checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was ok, exactly what you want when having a massage. My family and friends also use Tonic and we all love it. Thank you. x
Wonderful experience here, Sophie was excellent - made me feel very comfortable, was lovely to chat to and attended to my every need! I booked 3 treatments as a treat to myself at the start of my summer holidays (I'm a teacher) and it was just what the doctor ordered.
Not 5 stars as I was a little disappointed that one of my treatments (the 1st one) could not be fully completed - I had booked slightly overlapping treatments, but at the same time had a 10-15 minute wait at one point between treatments (the 2nd and 3rd) but I understand they were busy and this would've meant going out of their way. Perhaps covid modifciations also got in the way of any kind of flexibility. I also would have liked to have been in the upstairs room for the pedicure rather than the basement - again, I'm guessing this was down to managing all the appointments/customers.
Otherwise very happy and would definitely visit again and recommend to others! Great range of treatments - try the 'Mind Body Magic' - very cool to incorporate guided meditation & massage, and the gift of a candle to match the essential oil scent you choose is a really nice touch :-))
