Amazing flower
Amazing flower, old and new. I am sincerely taken back at the quality of the varieties and being an old customer, I do sadly know what I am talking about as I am a major depender on flower and also specific varieties. I would pay double for even greenhouse and many indoor varieties, and would financially fight back for Northern Lights to be stocked. Anyway, I do not see tonic vault going anywhere but far into the future and I am happy for them. You should too.

Used Tonic Vault a few times now and honestly can’t fault them. Packages always come nice and discreet, products are on point, and everything has been quality every time. Delivery can sometimes take a little longer, but you can’t rush greatness 😂
Customer service and overall experience have always been solid and I’ve recommended these guys to loads of people already. Genuinely think this is one of the best out there. Nothing bad to say at all thankyou.

Wrong order but handle superbly
I ordered an ounce of one strain and a half of another. When the package came they had sent me 50g of the one strain. I messaged to clarify it wasn't a mistake and they told me due to there being a glitch showing the half in stock, it wasn't, so they sent me a little more as a gesture of good will and refunded the half ounce. Amazing service, delivery was swift and discreet.

Over my last three orders
Over my last three orders, I’ve had to follow up each time regarding shipping. My most recent order was for 28g of Bruce Banner. I am very familiar with this strain and its quality, and what I received was not Bruce Banner. The product was low quality, despite being charged a premium price. This raises concerns about consistency and honesty, which appear to be declining.

Stuff is disgusting it tastes like smoking hey or some herbs!! Guality is bad never smoked worst bud in my life it ment to be pineapple and its more like smoking pepper herbs the there is more stems than the bud its self and few of the buds had mould on it !!! Utter disgrace! Packaging so bad too and named with a marker 🤣Never buying from this company again
