Tonihomi have no app themselves. You have to install tuya but since weeks now tuya doesn't works or support Tonihomi q8 or others no more. After 2 months.
First the doesn't mop well as compared to my friends cheaper €250 robot.
On Tonihomi website you can clearly see that is a different app in that phone on Tonihomi website. I made screenshots for comparison. not the same app which doesn't exist SCAM! Now I'm stuk with €1200 piece of crap with no app. It's a shame for such an expensive product with no own app. I need my money back.
I felt like an idiot to see my friend with a €250 robot cleaning 5 times better and with their own app with an expensive look interface. For just €250

Till now it is the most disappointing order this year.
I ordered on Friday the 18.10
Wrote an email on the 21.10 because I missed an order confirmation from the seller but it was fast delivery specified.
No reply but a note that my order is announced electronically at DHL on 21.10 in the evening.
Till now this delivery status is unchanged.
I had loved to get an answer to my email if they have difficulties with deliver the order.
The way to not reply s•cks.
Found the advertisement in MP, placed by Luca. Carefully trusting I have ordered TH M30 and no regrets, would only recommend the seller and the model. Tiny “tablet” cleans dry& wet, can be programmed for different schedules in different rooms, easy to maintain, funny to look. Entertainment plus benefit. I really enjoy using the Toni vacuum cleaner. You can set it to clean at night while you sleep. It helps clean the dog hair and dust from daily living. It is an amazing help.
