Beware of buying direct from this company!!! I thought I had ordered from a UK based company but the items are shipped from Germany (Premley GMBH c/o LOGITEX) & they will charge you VAT & duty on top of what you’ve paid for the item. I received an order confirmation stating no taxes were due but when the item was delivered I was charged vat & duty by DHL. I bought a jacket @ £659 & was also charged a further £237 on top of this. I see this happened to someone else but I’d already ordered the jacket. I did raise a complaint via my payment method PayPal as I felt this was very unfair & misleading. I have now been refunded via them the additional VAT & duty but would never order from this company again. Hopefully this won’t happen to anyone else but if it does & you’ve used PayPal report it & they’ll take up the case.

WARNING! Don't buy Toni Sailer items directly from their website for delivery into UK , they are based in Germany and deal via premley.com whom you pay, the price includes German VAT, when they ship goods to UK you will have to pay another 1/3 of the price to DHL for UK VAT and custom (for example on my order of £600 I had to pay over £200 to DHL), so you pay VAT twice, no refund is possible. The most arrogant German customer service!!! if you like the brand, in UK buy it from Snow&Rock or Matchesfashion.com, they have the same prices and no hustle with delivery and no additional charges, VAT, etc. in UK.
