I've been using Tonkeeper for a while now, and it's been a smooth experience. The wallet feels secure, transactions are fast, and the interface is very easy to use. Support is responsive and helpful when needed.

A very sad and frustrating experience with Tonkeeper wallet. I did start my journey with them several months ago with a small deposit. I saw my wallet amount was decreasing day by day. Even after several deposits, it kept on diminishing. Last week I say my amount something, but yesterday the amount again reduced sharply. Today, it again decreased!!!

The response from their email support was very unfriendly. They claim that they have a support in Telegram, but it does not work.

I will never use this wallet service again and sharing my sad experience here.

Tonkeeper is fast easy to use and works smoothly. A few miner improvements are needed, but overall it's a reliable wallet for managing Ton.

This is the only ton wallet out of the ones I tried that I actually liked and felt was secure and the apps layout and UI is awesome. You can store your ton network coins or jettons and NFTs all in one app. I've had no problems that raise concern. Customer support is a little harder to communicate with because it's through telegram but that's due to all the spam notifications I receive from telegram group members etc. so I just get rid of notifications from telegram without viewing them and miss the replies from tonkeeper die to that. They do get back to you though and possibly in a timely manner too if it weren't for my forgetfulness and missing notifications for tonkeeper. I wouldn't recommend any other ton wallet. I can connect it with any compatible service or app with ease snd I just thought I'd switch it up today. Usually I only review when I have negative experiences but I feel people neef to hrsr they do good ad well, share some positivity because the world could use it. This company block wallet giving reason of AML and asking to do
Transfer of same amount to unblock your funds and wallet. Which is never seen before. So beware of such scammer

I made investment via telegram with help from someone on there he told me to send €55 Ton to him
The next day he tells me €19989.00 investment profit will sent to my account once I pay the fee of €91.69 I will have the investment in my account within 2hours
The next day he said i needed to pay a fee of €162.91 I will.have the funds into my account with in 10-30mins
Today two days later he now told me to send him $410 aud to him before it's released
Needless to say I havnt sent this to him so he is holding me to ransome over my investment
Not so sure about this Tonkeeper unless you do it yourself

Just now somebody scammed me using tonkeeper I lost my 188 ton, I sent it to my ku coin exchange and I didn't receive and the help line asking me to deposit more 188 ton to refund previous 188 ton,, what's this?
