I have been using Nouro for almost two weeks. From the first dose I noticed a nice boost to energy, reduced appetite, lift to my spirit, and mental clarity. I have been taking Nouro for about 3 weeks now because my family has a history of Alzheimers. I am really excited for how it can help me in the long-run and am already noticing a lot of different benefits so far.
