Taken payment from my bank which I did not approve. Cannot get through to them - left it down to my bank to sort out. SCAMMERS!

Scammy business model.

I went to a free seminar and paid the $1 for it. Tried to cancel the auto renewal for the renewal of the robbins AI. I cencelled 2 days before it auto renewed I saw it said cancellation pending, so I switched to a prepaid credit card that had $0 on it. Thankfully I did that. They attempted payments twice. I sent an email telling them to cancel the payments and gave situation. Went a few days and they tried again twice still no email response I have cancelled already but I will wait a few days before reporting to the better business beaurou. Had a gut feeling when I signed up and didn't trust it fully.

They got me in the fine print. Listened in to a webinar and was trying to get the recordings for "1 dollar". That apparently also got me a "free 30 days" of some service that after which they started auto-billing me for. I asked for a refund once I realized I was billed, but they denied it. I'm fairly certain this is a big part of their business model as they seemed they sent the same canned responses over and over.

I HAVE EMAILED THEM TO REFUND, NO RESPONSE. I GUESS THAT'S HOW THE BUSINESS IS RUN, MAKING MONEY OFF UNSUSPECTING HUMANS.

Scam stay away they offered me a seminar for $1 bought it and tried to rebook me $40 dollars monthly when I cancelled my subscription they left it as cancellation pending even until now so they can keep trying to charge my card I’ve contacted support over three times no reply STAY AWAY ITS A SCAM

I paid $1 for a VIP experience. The following month Robbins Research International, I saw a monthly subscription payment of $39.00 was pending. I didn't even receive a notification of any subscription in my inbox and there was no visible copy in the body of the form or a checkbox telling me about this monthly subscription. I've paid this $1 for the past 2 years (for the VIP experience) and never had any further payments taken from my account like this. Hiding the subscription in the T&C does not meet the UK GDPR standards or privacy policy, making it potentially illegal and subject to a fine. I did request and get a refund but who knows if this was deliberate or accidental. Nonetheless I would think this business should know that GDPR regulations & privacy policies apply to any website or app that is accepting payments from EU & the UK.

I joined Tony's 3 days event and for a small fee got access to his AI app for 30 days as it was advertised, which i didnt even use.. and now I have been charged, not sure for what, probably app membership - its just very disappointing that Tony and his company are playing these tricks with hidden conditions... making you think its for 30 days but theb binding you for a monthly subscription..🫥

Well, I tried the free trial. Decided I couldn't afford the subscription. I received an email from them saying that my card was run and it didn't go through. I went to the bottom of the email where
it said unsubscribe. That took me to a page where I confirmed that I wanted to cancel the subscription. It even asked why I wanted to do so.
Today I received another email saying that THEY RAN MY CARD AGAIN. So I went to the bottom of the email to the unsubscribe option. This time it took me to a different page than before. It stated how my card didn’t go through. But it also had an option that said 'Don't cancel subscription'. So, obviously ths system is aware that I am canceled. I go to the Tony Robbins page. I finally find where it says to contact support. It takes me to that page, which kept adding random letters to the note I was trying to write. At the bottom it had an area to download info to share. It wouldnt let me share my screen shot of what the Stripe page said today! It did nothing when I clicked on it to add the file, like it said to do.
This is complete bs. I canceled. Therefore, there's no reason my card should still be run. Screw this. So if there's a chance that you may decide to cancel, don't even waste your time subscribing for the free trial that still asked for $1 from you (it must've been so that then they have your cc info). That's pretty shady and has me fuming......

Ps-Take a look at all of these reviews. I noticed the only ones the Tony Robbins Scam Company responded to were the 5 star reviews! How about taking responsibility for your scamming ways, Tony Robbins. My conclusion is that you're not answering those reviews is because you know yourself that your guilty of this. Do you teach this in your seminars, too? I wonder how many of the 5 star reviews were from employees and pd fake customers. Tony Robbins, you should be ashamed of ignoring the cry of those you've been robbing. I'm not the only one who has complained about this! Be a man and step up and fix this!

I loved my experience with Coach Ritu. This happened right after DWD 2025 and it was essential to integrate the whole experince and create a system i can follow with my new primary question and values. The work done in DWD(Date with Destiny) is intense, profound and healing so having someone like Ritu to hold my hand after made a positive impact in my life. I am grateful for her leadership, kindness, patience and integrity. Ritu is a huge asset to Tony Robins. I'm grateful.

I went to the recent summit they had and gave them my credit card details for a trial of their Tony Robbin’s AI and they make it exceptionally hard to cancel and I cancelled weeks ago and still got an email today that they will attempt to charge my card soon all the same. When you cancel they just have ‘cancel pending’ - also no one ever replied to my email about another issue I had where I paid for something else to do with the summit and never received it, I let it go as they didn’t even send a receipt and it was a small amount. Whoever is in charge of these systems seems to be scamming whoever trusts the Tony Robbins.

I paid $1 for the free AI summit on 31st October 2025.
When I paid the $1 it was a one off payment, for a free summit with no further commitment, and the added benefit that the 1$ was to be donated to free meals for the poorest in our community. I didn’t enter knowingly into any other arrangement with your firm.

However, I now find that you have been deducting $37 from my account each month.
Total scam... avoid this grifter!

I turned to Tony Robbins as a way to try and make sense of things...including me. I wanted to create a "new me"!
Initially, I read his books. Then, I joined Inner Circle. So glad I did. It's great that I can pick what I feel I need, at that time, and complete the course when it is convenient for me. The amount of information on there is mindblowing and covers all areas.
Then, I decided to try the AI app. I was so apprehensive about it at first but it has become my "daily check in" and I get clear advice about how to resolve things.
I am booked in for 2 virtual UPW in 2026. I so want to go to a "live" one and that has to be my goal for the future.
I know some people are negative towards TR but his coaching has helped me so much. Thank you

Robert applied techniques I was familiar with from previous Anthony Robbins courses to my unique situations. Helped reframe a negative circumstance into a "hero's journey"/dare to be great moment! Used an anchor technique to be Thor before going out on a Friday night and attracted a cute girl and we exchanged phone numbers. I recommended Robert to my son Zar to help him with his acting career. Zar will achieve his goals faster with the tools that Robert can share with him. Thank you for providing this wonderful resource and thank you Robert for your empathy, wisdom and patience!

Working with Bree has been a life changing experience. She is magic! Tony Robbins is a murderer. A lot of people fall into his trap. He Is scam artist. His spiritual body shows up at night and kills me, going to his seminar is an unconcious contract to go to hell. Don't spend a dime going to his events books or products its dangerous!

I was at the AI Summit online event with Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi in october, which was good. BUT…..

I signed up for $ 1 access and now extra money has been drawn from my account without my consent.
It was not stated very clearly that the $1 I paid would start a subscription or trigger an automatic $37 monthly charge.

Had this been clear, I would never have signed up. I feel misled by the way this was presented and did not give consent to any recurring payment.

I have also gone through all my welcome emails, and even there it is not clearly stated that a $37 subscription would begin automatically. There is no straightforward information about how or where to cancel before being charged. This lack of transparency makes it impossible for users to make an informed choice.

Second, when I log into the platform, it clearly states that I do not have an active subscription. Because of that, it is impossible for me to cancel anything from my side. The system tells me I have no active plan while money is still being withdrawn from my account. This is extremely confusing from a user perspective.

I have been told by my bank that the only way to stop scams like this with reacurring payments is to cancel my card, but then I will not be able to pay my other bills.

Such a hassle now and not worth it at all.

I tried to reach out to Tony Robbins team, but they just send me a mail which was more of an ad offering me one month free instead of solving the issue.

My coach was Kim..She is first and foremost a beautiful woman with a very soft nature that increases in strength as necessary..Her voice gets implanted in your mind.I came to her to relieve myself of negative feelings which prevented me from lifting weight.I am a World Champion Powerlifter.I had won 2 world championships.On the second one on Greece, all of a sudden a voice said you are not going to be able to lift your last deadlift..sure enough..I couldn't lift it..I went to see Kim..She gave me many tips, we created triads and she had me actually role play it! This year after trying it out on small comps..I won double Worlds First in Argentina and then 2 wks later in England!! Few do both 2 wks apart. I attribute my success to Kim!
