I have placed an order 2 weeks ago and i have still not receive the item ordered ; i have messaged them twice and received a reply that they were to receive the product from the manufacturer ; no updates , just silence ; is this a scam company ? I am really disappointed

T00aleta has been one of our favorite companies to work with through our renovation. The customer service is prompt, thorough and very accommodating. Both TOTO toilets and all the parts were sent immediately. The entire experience has been seamless and efficient! Very happy we found them!! I will use them in future projects and tell all of our clients to order from them as well!

Not only was my initial experience good and very competitively priced. I discovered 6 months later that a part was cracked and they were able to source a replacement for me within a week. Fully recommend them and if you have any trouble please use the customer support to help.

It was a great experience buying 2 Toto toilets from Tooaleta. Not only did they beat other quotes from providers in the UK, they also were great in answering all my questions and suggesting the best model for my requirements. Highly recommended.

We bought a Villeroy & Boch ViClean toilet about a year ago, but unfortunately, it broke down recently. Trying to get any kind of help or service directly from Villeroy & Boch was a total nightmare, they were impossible to deal with and offered no real support.

Luckily, the team at Tooaleta stepped in. Even though the manufacturer let us down, Tooaleta provided us with a replacement model and handled everything professionally. Looking back, they actually recommended the TOTO model when we were first buying, and in hindsight, we definitely should have listened to them! Huge thanks to Tooaleta for the great service and for saving the day when V&B wouldn't.

Whatever you do, do NOT purchase from this appalling company.
Ordered a Duravit Sensowash which took well over a month to arrive and turned out to be faulty.
After many emails ( no point calling any telephone numbers as nobody answers ) the agreed to replace.
Then nothing……silence, apart from their autogenerated email response.
After 4 months of hassle I finally got my money back via my credit card.
They’re a disgrace……AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Despite advertising the product (Roca Ona e-bidet) as in stock, it turns out it wasn't and took around 3 weeks to be delivered as it came from Spain. Then 4 weeks after fitting, the product developed an issue. When I contacted Roca UK they wouldn't do anything as they do not sell that particular product in the UK, and said it must have been sourced from abroad. After many emails, Tooleta agreed to have the product returned so it could be checked by Roca in the country they sourced it from (no idea where, but I had to return it to Ljubljana, Slovenia!). That was 3 weeks ago, and whilst they have confirmed receipt of the returned item, I have yet to hear what is happening - whether I am getting a repaired item or replacement. I will need to begin legal action/credit card refund shortly if I still don't hear anything.

I cannot recommend Tooaleta highly enough. After contacting five different retailers about replacing my shower toilet, Thomas at Tooaleta was the only person who could give me clear, accurate guidance and he did so within minutes.

From the very beginning, Thomas demonstrated outstanding expertise. He even identified that the cistern I thought I had installed was incorrect and helped steer me toward a toilet that would actually fit my frame. His product knowledge is far beyond anything I’ve encountered in this category.

Throughout the process, he provided:

- Fair pricing, including an additional part given free of charge
- Exceptional customer care, even recommending a reliable installer who turned out to be excellent

The entire experience, from first contact through to delivery and installation, was seamless. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered customer service of this quality that i felt compelled to write this review. Tooaleta and Thomas set a standard that most companies should aspire to.

Very clear and helpful advice while we were looking to purchase. Quick response times. Also helped our plumber who had not installed one a TOTO unit before.

The only company that responded promptly to enquiries, answered tech questions efficiently and then despatched the ordered unit quickly.

I ordered a Roca in wash a few days later I had heard little from the company. However, an email soon highlighted that the goods were on there way, with a guaranteed delivery date.
I was given access to the tracking and the good arrived four days early.
My overall experience was positive, good price good delivery and an excellent product.
All that’s needed is a littlest more customer contact.

I ordered a £3K Toto Washlet toilet from Tooleta at a good price. The team were very responsive to my email questions after the order was placed considering I'd never used them before and was a little apprehensive with such an expensive item. The item arrived within two weeks later and as as described. No damages and as specified.

£2k toilet delivered quickly, but unfortunately the ceramic was cracked. Initially they were very responsive to my emails/chat and promised a replacement would be shipped out. Then they went silent and I never received anything. Fortunately I had good records of all communications and so credit card chargeback was successful.

Very Good Product- used one intially and then we changed another 5.

We were expertly guided into buying the proper washing toilet. What a fantastic purchase it was!

THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY, I TOOK OUT A 5 YEAR WARRANTY WITH THEM ONLY TO FIND OUT FROM VITRA UK THIS WAS A SCAM. TOOALETA HAVE IGNORED ALL MY EMAILS AND HAVE A BOGUS NUMBER ON THERE WEBSITE. THEY HAVE NOW BEEN REPORTED TO THE POLICE AND VITRA UK ARE BANNING THEM FROM THERE UK PLATFORM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The customer service ersonnel are outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for Tooaleta. All my questions answered promptly and guidance re selection given with expert knowledge

We purchased a Toto Washlet RW from Tooaleta. The Toto is well designed, comfortable and reliable. Our experience with Tooaleta was very positive, prompt and responsive to our enquiries regarding our installation in Spain. Recommended +++

Goods never arrived after the 4 week stated lead time. Ignored my communications thereafter. Refund only issued after review left on this site.
