The product (worktop oil) was very competitively priced and seemed like a bargain
However, on opening the packaging we found the tin to be very badly dented but fortunately not leaking any oil.
As the packaging was very good and in perfect condition it seems highly probable that the product was packed and dispatched in this damaged condition.

Website says items usually despatched within 3 days, had to chase them on day5. I hadn't been informed that the item was being processed, I still haven't but I have received it.

Good product arrived before estimated date perfectly happy with product and service

Order of 20 bailey drain received within 48hrs which is pretty good for north east Scotland. Great price compared to Amazon and Screwfix as I didn’t need the tools that normally come with a set of drain rods. Would’ve been nice to have received an email to say goods dispatched though.

Great choice of resources and FAST service

I received the five window fasteners but, one of the metal corners had snapped off & could not be usedvto fasten or secure the window! so, had to use one of the fasteners from upstairs to secure that particular kitchen window.
