While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Written by the company

Toolkit CRM is a purpose-built platform designed exclusively for financial advisors who are serious about delivering consistent, high-touch client experiences at scale. Unlike bloated, generic CRMs that try to serve everyone and end up serving no one, Toolkit is laser-focused on the advisory space. Every feature is intentionally crafted to simplify operations, automate service delivery, and eliminate the stress of managing a growing book of clients. From service model automation to drag-and-drop workflows, every component works together to help advisors build trust, deepen relationships, and operate with ruthless efficiency. What makes us different is that no two firms use Toolkit the same way - and that’s by design. Every advisory business is unique in structure, process, and service philosophy, and Toolkit adapts to that. With your own dedicated implementation partner, we don’t just hand you software - we co-create your CRM with you. We work side-by-side to build your workflows, tailor your client records, and map your service model into the system. The result is a platform that feels like it was built for you, because it was. Toolkit isn’t just a tool—it’s your firm’s operating system, customized to your DNA.

Ditched Redtail and started TOOLKIT

I switched to Toolkit CRM eight months ago after struggling with Redtail for two years. What made this experience completely different was the implementation process - they actually assigned me a real person who worked with me to build out my workflows instead of just handing me login credentials and saying "good luck."

The biggest win has been the service model automation. I can finally deliver consistent experiences to my A, B, and C tier clients without manually tracking everything in spreadsheets. My quarterly client reviews now happen automatically, follow-ups are scheduled based on client classification, and I haven't missed a single client anniversary since switching.

Three things stand out: the white-glove onboarding, the actual usability of the software, and the support. Most CRMs throw features at you and hope something sticks. Toolkit built exactly what I needed for my practice. The interface makes sense, tasks sync perfectly with client profiles, and everyone on my team is on one page.
