Good product, good price and prompt deliver. What more can I ask!

I ordered a lift jack which I ended up not needing to complete the project so I emailed them twice asking to return it with no reply. Finally, I got through to a person on the chat and they said they had replied to my email and they are sorry I can't seem to find it.
Then, went on to inform me that if I returned the item, which is my right under consumer law for online purchases, I would be charged a restocking fee of 15%!!!
I tried to explain this is illegal but they informed me again they will follow their policy!!!
It seems in their mind corporate policy is above the law...
Would NOT buy from them again.
Terrible consumer service.
Business costs like stocking items is exactly that! BUSINESS COST, not the consumer's problem.

got a Neilsen CT0168 Stainless spade not to the stander that I expected the spade shaft very rough good delivery but wouldn't buy one of these spades again

Appalling company. Purchased a Buffalo 150mm non return valve 29/12/25. Valve is of extremely poor quality. It doesn’t close or seal and therefore would not function as intended or described. It also arrived in opened packaging and dirty, clearly previously fitted. Emailed to request a return label to return and refund. Initial unhelpful response ignoring my request and now silence despite follow up emails. Dispute now raised with my payment provider. I will continue to leave reviews covering the experience until resolved.

Still not received my goods. They have stopped responding to me via email and wont answer the phone.
My goods have been paid for and it has been 14 days since my purchase.

Got in touch with this company yesterday morning for some product advice, got a speedy response and the guy (Lio) did a price match for me which I really appreciated. I placed the order Saturday 17th @ 9am expecting it to be delivered next week sometime but oh no to my surprise it’s just arrived on my doorstep 18th Jan @ 10am what fantastic service and the item is great. Lio thank you for providing such a fantastic service. 10000% recommend.

Ordered 10 days ago. Got a tracking number that never worked. Sent emails that never got answered. So found a mobile number was told a replacement would be sent. After 4 more days nothing so text the number 3 times over 2 days finally after last text looks like they dispatched

Many companies now go the extra mile for their customers so it almost feels like the norm when they do, in order to standout companies would now have to go an extra 2 miles to, I can say that Toolshouse went the extra 2 miles and delivered exceptional service during very busy times. Initially my first parcel never turned up although amazon had marked it as delivered, Toolshouse then sent out a 2nd parcel via Royal Mail and it was delivered in time for my car repair. Thank you for your help and patience Toolshouse I will recommend you to friends and family and will use you again.

I placed order #26807 on 26 october its Sunday. On 27 October 9.06am I sent email about to cancel my order. On 11am i get email from Evri about they expected my parsel ( Not been dispatched). On 1pm i received refund without 10 persent on my original payment. They don't care about UK law. Beware they put now 15 persent.

Easy to order process and speedy delivery.

I'm disappointed that my email has been ignored. I was sent a faulty shovel, and so I sent photos and asked for a refund or replacement. I have patiently waited for a response but have been ignored. It seems that after sales is not a priority. I really don't need this hassle.
