I purchased a Hyundai HYM510SPE 20" 51cm 510mm Self Propelled Lawnmower Electric Push Button Start 196cc Petrol Lawn Mower in 2022 and I was very impressed with the the delivery and how the mower looked and operated. But............ Very soon parts started to fail and I tried to contact Toolsite.co.uk to let them know and ask for replacements but they just didn't respond, I have now had to bodge up various parts to enable the mower to work but it looks like I have put together parts from a scrap yard. Very disappointed.

Complete and utter scammers

Paid for a hot water pressure washer in Feb 23 and here we are a year later and no pressure washer and no refund...the number listed doesn't accept calls and the emails draw a complete blank... next stop Police and Trading standards. please don't be fooled like i was!

Paid for a pressure washer spent about £1550 broke on day one then they told me to go directly to the manufacturer so I did. Then I got another machine from the manufacturer that also broke then the manufacturer took my machine apparently 2 months later sent a refund to Toolsite but Toolsite said that they won’t now get involved as I went to the manufacturer directly and now think they are out of the contract. I will get my money back and I'm digging around anyone that is involved in your scams it will come out soon and remember your personally liable.

FAILED TO DELIVER MACHINE, THEN PROMISED REFUND IN NOVEMBER 2023. WE HAVE RUNG AND EMAILED CONSTANTLY BUT NO REPLIES.

I ordered a Hyundai Field trimmer on 1st July 2023.The machine arrived but the drive belt came off after one use.The company replaced this via their sister company HWB car parts.This worked once ,then would not start .They collected both models pronto.This was returned to Gen Power who have now sold this on e- Bay.They sent a credit note to Toolsite on 7th September 2023 to give me a refund. I have telephoned Toolsite,but they never answer I have e- mailed them but they do not respond. They are a terrible company.Stay well clear of them.Cant see me getting my money back.

I ordered a shredder for £143.00. Which never arrived. Despite emails, phone calls to a non existent customer services & ignored chat messages. This company are complete rip off merchants & scammers. They take your money but you never recieve what you paid for. They are based in Swansea & the owner is Alex along with 3 others.

Ordered a compressor two weeks later was told it was out of stock still waiting for a refund a month later

I bought a high value generator, Toolsite were happy to price match the opposition & their service was first class from start to finish. Highly recommended.

On 1/9/23, I ordered a Hyundai Stump-Grinder from Toolsite for £1,188.99. Today, 10/11/23, by getting Sainsbury's Mastercard involved, via a 'charge-back', I've finally got my £ back. Toolsite's 4 staff members fobbed me off on the phone, & by emails, when I asked when I'd get my machine, saying they'd no longer be dealing with Hyundai at all. Look at their website, they still offer items for sale! I was offered a Lumag machine, for over £100 more, being assured I should get it in 2 to 4 working days. I chased them up, being told it'd be at a UK Port in 2 weeks. I said I wished my money back many times, eventually having to enlist Sainsbury's as I'd bought the original machine on my card. I've never received any apology, & wasted hours of my precious Admin time. They've also cost me 3 x £115 = £345 in Grinder Hire Costs, fulfilling tree-surgery work (my business) with my clients, when I should have had the original machine. This Company are the second worst I've ever had the misfortune to do business with in over 15 years. They are absolutely pathetic.

I placed an order for a wacker plate, a week later I had to chase them up, its all loaded for the next delivery tomorrow they said - Nothing arrived. Then they said oh we can't get hold of one due to supply issues!!! They offered me a different machine, I declined, don't like being told porkys. I cancelled the order, can I get a refund? They don't reply to emails or answer my calls, they don't reply to messages sent from their website, AVOID!!!!
Next step is trading standards

Avoid these liars. Ordered a Wacker Plate and paid for it on 11th September 2023, was told it was in stock, but clearly this was not true. Still not been delivered. No replies to after sales emails, they only have a sales line so can't speak to anybody on the phone. "chatbot" never gets any relies. "Sales guys" say they will speak to after sales or their manager to try to resolve it. Two months on doing a refund though my credit card provider. Will never use again.

Scam of a company.
Placed and paid for £4k order on 7th September that we were told by Toolsite was in stock and would be delivered within day. No delivery has been made. Rang and email them no further forward. Rang Hyundi myself who said they need Toolsite to contact them before the item can be sent out for delivery. Spoke to somone today who said their is an issue with the accounts department. So basically they have took the money and not paid Hyundi for the product.

I ordered a Hyundai HYM430SPE mower on the 23/8/23
after them confirming they had 50 in stock only to have a email on the 30/08/23 stating there had been a glitch in there system regarding a stock count and have no more in stock !!.
They offered me alternative or a refund, I accepted the refund and had a email saying they had refunded my credit card on the 05/09/23 but on the 25/09/23 no refund had been credited to my card and after more chasing emails there has been repose so I will have to claim it back off my credit card😡😡

Wish I’d read the reviews first, ordered a lawn mower, received the confirmation, but after weeks of waiting, it has still not arrived. They do not respond to emails or answer the phone, I am £400 down and like others, now have to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Shame on you Toolsite

Do not be fooled by the 5% discount.
I saved £45 and still waiting in my Hyundai gene.
Save yourself the money, hassle and time by going to a reputable retailer.

Purchased a Stihl pressure washer at a good price. Pressure washer arrived this morning, had a quick run on the patio and it's a good piece of kit. Would highly recommend the Stihl RE130.
