Item not in stock when it says in stock. Even got an email saying your item will be in the store in 10 minutes. I go for a pickup after 1 hour. Item is nit in stock and not there
Update:
The item was delivered to the store, all scratched up. The offered to return the item, but that would mean another few days waiting. (So i took the damaged item)
The whole reason i bought at toolstation is because it said the item was in stock and i thought i could go get is the next morning, boy was i wrong.
I will not be ordering at toolstation again. 0/10 stars

Very bad customer experience with their…
Very bad customer experience with their customer service.
I placed an order entering correctly all invoicing and shipping details, they've shipped the package to the wrong address and have sent an invoice with the wrong invoicing details.
After a lot of back and forwards with their customer service, they refused to adapt the invoice.
I'll never buy again on this website

I placed an order 2 weeks a go and I didn't received it. After contacting customer service they replyed after 5 days telling me that it will take another 3-5 days to solve the problem with PostNL.. I still don't have my parcel and i just received this mail to "rate my experience" so I did 😊
