App only works half the time and terrible customer service
The app only works properly sometimes, and if you ever have questions or problems, don't expect much help from customer support. Communication is extremely poor.
I contacted them back in June to cancel my subscription because a former employee had created the account and we no longer had access to the original email address. Despite providing bank statements and transaction details, they refused to help.
Months later, they suddenly managed to find and cancel the subscription using the exact same payment information I had provided from the beginning.
Meanwhile, I continued being charged for months, and they now refuse to issue any refund. I also sent multiple emails that went unanswered.
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. The app is unreliable, and when something goes wrong, you're basically on your own !!
