Bought a bike lamp that stopped working 10-11 months in. Sent them an email and they demanded video evidence and by that point it was working again. It gave up completely a few weeks later. Again sent them video proof after which they ask if I had tried fixing it with electronic cleaner which I don't have at home. I said no and then no reply. Another email from me and them saying they won't replace it with no explanation. So when they say "1 year guarantee" I've learned to take it with a bit of salt.. won't shop there again.

Not a real online shop, seems to have close to no own stock.
Delivery time 2-4 weeks, not a serious shipping time in 2024.

Will not order from here again.

this is not a company - probably someone is sitting at home, and ordering your order from alibaba or amazon, and it takes weeks. the only way to contact them is to write an email and they hardly ever reply. you cannot complain, you cannot cancel your order and you cannot return it. the only thing is that they show up on top when you google some bike artifact. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them.

Worst service ever! Ordered a bike helmet over a week ago and still haven’t gotten it delivered. They say they have fast deliveries…Have contacted tooorch on three separate occasions about my order and haven’t gotten a single response, would be good just to know if it’s delayed…Never ordering from this site again. Hopefully the helmet will turn up eventually because I really need it.

Cheap price but inexistant support.

I bought a magic shine head lamp at tooorch and unluckily the battery stopped working.

I have sent email and contact tooorch through the chat. But I never got answered. And now I have an useless 2000kr head lamp.
