I am a new client here. Your customer service is off the charts high!!! My first purchase, Bloomgasm, stopped working after a very short time. I called customer service and I was sent a new one. No hassel of "do yoiu have the receipt or the box it came in." I receive the new one. I lose the charger on that one. I called here to purchase a new charger. They are not sold seperatly. I am then sent a NEW toy, again. The thing is, while speaking with the girl here, she was telling me how to clean it, and not to submerge it in water, but in their add, it says yoiu CAN take it into the tub or shower. Anyway, that's my story and i'm sticking to it! I found out last Christmas Eve that my husband has been in an affair for the past four years now. He told plenty of people he left the marriage, but he forgot to tell me. Divorce will be rough. He is still with her. He tells me he still loves me and that he is my best friend. I am in therapy with a great therapist and am on meds. And my beloved puppy past August first. In my arms. Long haired mini doxie. A real god boy. And I turned seventy last January 2. All this happened just since last Dec. 24. it is a blessing in disguise. For one thing , I am learning to play with your toys...

The wrong order was cancelled and then I was refunded but to a gift card I no longer had an was told to call the card company and they couldn't do anything about it so I lost out on both ends and no one even tried to fix it
