Lies, and more lies about speed. I am on their fastest non-business package and can't even watch a movie in the middle of the night. 22mbps? Lucky to get 2, generally. Internet radio frequently cuts out, day and night, with nothing else running. Plenty of discussions with both installer and provider. And now, at nearly 2am with no throughput, again, I am frankly at the end of my rope. Customer services talk a good game, but they absolutely never deliver.
