I looked at both your trips and your "Newsletter" within 2 hours of each other. Your "Newsletter" only listed cruises so where was the letter?

Your trips are limited on the high end, Crystal, Radisson, Regent but high on the low end especially with Costa cruises that apparently are going still dirt cheap after the "Italian Disaster."

So I am very disappointed.

When visiting a variety of sites, you get the feeling that there might be a great deal just below the surface. It seems like Top-Cruise-Deal is the key to those unreported deals...all in one place.

On a Costa cruise some years ago in the Caribbean some one got on the ships loud speaker and announced there was a "man overboard" and all neighboring ships were beginning a grid search. They gave us updates every few minutes and finally they someone came on the speaker and announced the man had been rescued near our ship. Everyone flocked to the side of the ship. When we looked down at the water about 10:00pm the ship had lowered a life boat down and in the boat was a man a "white tall chefs hat" who was standing in the back of this small water craft with a BBQ cooking wieners and burgers on the grill that was set up in the back of this boat???? At that point the crew laughed at the incident.
The total absurdity and the stupidity of what they had been undertaken was so far off center of being funny and so disrespectful to this day I can make no sense of why they did it? When I hear any reference to the Costa cruise line I think of that "twisted cruise and the ship wreck off the Italian coast. Our kids were not quite teens at the time and they were literally terrified of what was unfolding and to then be told it was a JOKE completely confused them even more. We vowed to never cruise on Costa again and that was our last ever experience with the Costa lines. Even if we were offered a deluxe suite for FREE I would never set foot again on any Costa ship.
To this day I think about why someone would put on such a stupid skit?.

Have only recently joined so have not had time to form an opinion.

I have had trouble finding cruise options. For example: I wanted to take a transatlantic cruise either in late September/early October 2015, from any USA East Coast port to either, Spain (preferable) or England.

Instead of getting a plain answer saying there is no such a cruise available, I got pages and pages of information that were, quite frankly, useless to me.

None yet never been on cruise but trust pilot are very helpful towards firstimers

Having just returned from a very enjoyable cruise I would recommend this particular cruise, the visitations to the various ports was excellent.

I would comment on the slow service through-out the ship and the very strong sales pitch from the ship' staff regarding the DRINKS PACKAGE
The shows and artist could have been better
The meals and service were excellent
Liller bit of a let down when the complimentary bottle of water had to be paid for

We have noted that the majority of cruises advertised happen in the northern hemisphere We live in Western Australia and by the time air fares and hotel accommodation is added it makes the cruise cost expensive. Fremantle is our home port and even air fares etc to the eastern states to join cruise ships add as much as the cruise

Makes looking for good value cruises very easy. I have not booked yet but will do before long. Top marks for usefulness to this site.

I am still having problems finding just what I am looking for. I want a specific destination and leaving from the port that I choose and cannot find out this information on line, without going to a specific cruise line which I know by name,,Carnival, Disney, Princess, etc. I keep getting re-directed and am tired of this, so I will go directly to the source.
