Took my iPad in for a charging repair. The original issue was not fixed, and the device was returned with a damaged screen that was not like that before. When I raised this, they refused to take any responsibility. Extremely unprofessional, impolite, and poor quality workmanship. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone steer clear!

I went to their outlet in The Sovereign Centre in Boscombe this morning. The guy fitted a new screen protector for me, and then gave me my receipt, but didn't give me my £5 change. When I got home, the screen protector he fitted didn't allow fingerprint scanning so I had to get another one. Overall, I think I'm partly to blame for that, but the guy not giving me my change is very poor. I know it's not much, just £5, but It's not as if he tried to call out to me as I left, I walk slowely and there were hardly any other shoppers about at time. Very poor customer service.
Purchased a iPhone 17 pro max cover, Wye mag charger and camera lense protector from the Gateshead metro centre outlet 233. The service, advise and professionalism was excellent. Charged a fair price and came away very happy.

Went to my local outlet outside Sainsbury’s in derby charged me £40 for a case and screen protector I asked the price upfront and didn’t get a answer until after the screen protector was already installed
