Need refund for dentures received. Definitely not as advertised. I'm a pensioner and cannot afford to lose 28pds plus. If I don't get refund will go via PayPal. The goods were Terrible just plastic, like for a child to play with. Sorry just awful. So so disappointed as I was waiting in anticipation, hoping these would have helped. Cross J

Ordered clothes from "Bon Marche" this order and money went to YIMU in China
This warehouse is in cahoots with YIMU sent me a flipping 99p necklace then they claim everything delivered..you cannot get in touch with this warehouse THEY ARE THEIVES
Luckily enough PayPal are going to refund my money and hopefully report this warehouse

I bought a pair of glasses colour changing etc on a great video and paid via PayPal and got an invoice and a tracking number and then received a pair of cheap nasty reading glasses from warehouse G Cedar Court, Walker Road Forest Business Park Bardon Hill, Coalville LE67 1TU as anyone contacted trading standards.

Scam. Do not buy. Trying to get your money back will drive you insane. Keep asking over and over for your money back and a return address so Visa etc can take action. How can Trust Pilot allow these fraudulent 5star reviews through? This "company" has set up many fraudulent websites. Do not buy. Do not buy. Do not buy

Mock website connected to sales scam. Fell victim of the Covatar dehumidifier. Do not take any advice from this website. Avoid its recommendations at all costs.

Scammer. Most likely a group or few individuals ranking on search engines to lure Leonard to his faulty goods. Mine was a mockery of a dehumidifier Covatar. Obviously it didn’t work. After prolonged 3 weeks email conversation, they wrote that to extract 1 litre of water per day is normal. They offered me 3% refund and keep the thing, or return to bear packaging cost to undisclosed address. I am reporting these bith to trading standards. I still can’t believe how these scammers even exist…

I brought a Covatar dehumidifier they have changed name quite a few times last one being Raveno. The dehumidifier doesn't work and they refuse to give you return details. It is a scam the only way you can get refunded is by asking your bank. Please don't buy from this scam company that is based in China

This appears to be a scam review site. Based on their review I bought a dehumidifier, at the time branded DryEase.
The dehumidifier is next to useless, and the company keeps changing it's name, first to Raveno, currently to Covatar, and the review matches these name changes, but otherwise stays exactly the same.
It appears the site has stolen journalist Luke Edwards identity and I understand he is taking legal action against them. The company refuse to abide by the UK's distance selling regulations and allow the dehumidifier to be returned, and clearly this review site is part of the scam. I'm happy to report I got my money back after disputing the transaction with my bank, but please don't allow yourself to be a victim of these scammers too.

Indestructible bear dog toy.NOT. 10 mins and it was torn. My dog is small.

I purchased a teddy dog toy that was guaranteed to be replaced if dog could damage it. My dog loved it and it seemed ok....but....10 minutes in and the ear came off. The address Unit G Forest Hill, Walker Road Coalville. I am not even bothering to contact them as I have read other reviews. It is about time something was done about them!

I bought some bras from a company called confident-living.co.uk, via Instagram. When they arrived, they were totally the wrong size. I emailed the customer care and they have refused to refund me more than £6 ( after offering £2 then £4). They informed me the cost to return the items to their Chinese warehouse was too great. I asked about the Unit G Cedar Court address and was given a sob story about being a small company having to move to a Chinese warehouse because of costs. Clearly a total scam. Sadly I attempted to go through PayPal and they didn’t want to know. £20 out of pocket and have closed my PayPal account. Lesson learned: only buy through reputable suppliers and use a credit card.

Scam site. In there own small print they acknowledge they receive compensation for their reviews. Their contact emails are a dead letter drop and there is no response from them. If they recommend a product - look elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered fleece lined tights for my wife size 16 to 18. The ones I received are for a size 8 to 10. I emailed them re returning items. They said they would refund me £2 and could I give the tights to someone smaller. Since then another 2 of the same items arrived. Luckily I kept all packaging as they ask for photos of bar codes and addressed labels. They said the items aligned with my order. Truthfully, the tights would fit a skinny 10 year old. Am just about to post all of this shit back to them and try to get my refund. At this moment I can't recall if I used PayPal, hopefully I did. Unfortunately, we read reviews once we've been done, not prior to purchase.

scammers who get paid to give total *rap a top rated review.based in a foriegn land where most scammers come from,google should remove such scam review companys from google,beware of these sites and go to which or a decent shop,

Purchased 2 animal christmas decorations , absolutely nothing like what was advertised on Facebook, lesson learnt do not buy anything being advertised on that app. Total scammers , thankfully I used paypal and will go through the channels to get a refund, as for the good they sent they will be binned.

Total scam. My mum got suckered into buying a dehumidifier from this site, but when i looked at the website, following any link leads to the website becoming a recipe blog, based in Indonsia, with no other product reviews! Well dodgy.

I got sent two battery operated teddy's. I didn't even order them? How weird..what a strange company to send things to people. Surely that costs them, plus the postage. What the hell is this ?

if i could give anything lower i would . i ordered some silicone dentures and when they arrived they were dentures that looked like they had came from a lucky bag absolutely useless!!!! i was lead to believe that these dentures were manufactured in the uk and approved . when i looked at the tracking the dentures were in thailand then they moved to dubai and then onto london and then i got my package with a return address on it with the postcode LE67 1TU this place needs reporting to trading standards for the supply of counterfeit and substandard goods to which im going to do and i urge anybody to do the same especially those who have put unhappy reviews on trustpilot this company needs to be stopped!!! as they are nothing but scammers and taking peoples hard earned monies by false pretences and deception

This address must be an outlet for other company's as l had 2 (when l ordered 1,) & was charged £22 for 2 shoddily made, only good for a £1 shop, plastic novelty canisters. They looked much better on the FB ad. The company, based in CHINA, surprize, surprize is Razzy. I've emailed but their offer to keep the items is £6. I've decided to raise a complaint with PayPal. These people are a SCAM.

Recieved and unsolicited parcel from them today. Nothing ordered and didn’t know they existed until now. They won’t be getting it back and certainly my no good reviews from me!
