If I could give this a zero I would. Do not use to hunt, do not teach children to shoot with it. Throw it away. They sell you two exact same limbs and tell you they are different. This bow is dangerous and not in a good way

This company is disgraceful they don’t want customers to be able to return faulty and damaged products I will never use these ever again it’s disgusting the way I have been treated

I watched a review of the 60"takedown bow with the bamboo limbs and felt good about the order. When I received everything I put it together and compared it to my PSE. The bow was quieter than the PSE and lighter in weight yet is highly effective. It was nice to see a good quality riser that felt good in the hand tho it was missing the mounting points for any attachments which would have given it 5 stars. It would be nice to also see limbs available for this model to upgrade without having to buy a whole setup.

I found it easy to contact a representative for Top Archery. Although initially my issue was not solvable, but they did not give up and the representative Julia was able to maintain contact with me and CREATE a solution which solved my problem! Im certain that fixing my problem will help other customers and this shows me that this company is intrepid and forward thinking- which I like. Often, other companies are not nearly as good as Top Archery. They already make a really great product- great customer service just makes it perfect!

I cannot praise Top Archery enough for the service that they have provided to me in connection with my last two bow purchases from them. Exceptional !!!
I originally ordered a 10# junior 3 piece take down for my 8 yr old grandson. It was an excellent value offer and arrived very quickly and well packaged and protected. It was quickly apparent that I had purchased a bow that was too light for him and it was passed onto his younger sister. I contacted TOP ARCHERY and Julia L lead me through my options. I bought the same bow again with 16# limbs, which was despatched in 2 days but intercepted by and returned by China Customs/Export. I again contacted Julia who had a replacement bow with me in 5 days - which included 12 complimentary arrows for the Customs delay, although it had not been TOP ARCHERY'S responsibility. Well done Julia L and TOP ARCHERY - from one very satisfied customer.

I'm new to archery. I bought my first recurve bow with top archery. I was impressed with the quality and I had well seasoned archers compliment my setup which gave me confidence specialy for the price. Also, I have had a good experience with consumer service. Not knowing what I needed they were able to assist and made sure I was happy with my purchase.

Arrows received are made incorrectly. The black feather should be away from the bow.
Reply was Your arrow nock needs to be reset to a recurve bow angle...
This did not work with how the arrows was made.

I bought the 45” kids set. The arrows are not good quality and broke after one go. Do not recommend.
I contacted the company with evidence of the faulty arrows and they refunded me £4 despite the set costing £29.99!
I have not had a reasonable response as to why they deemed it appropriate to not offer a full refund.

Ordered a bow in 2023.

Tracking said it had been delivered when it hadn't, told TopArchery, they said I needed to contact the local post office. I did, they didn't have it. Contacted TopArchery again and they never responded, like they deleted me from their CRM.

An example of an abysmal business, working under the guise of caring about their customers. I've been well and truly mugged off. Where is the £130 I spent? Why did you just ignore me.

Really wasn't a happy with the product shipping time was fine.

The bow itself is great however the 1st one got lost had to have another one delivered then the 1st one was delivered over a month later

Great product without having to wait forever to receive it.
