I would like to provide some feedback regarding the March swimsuit sale. I was preparing for a vacation and decided to purchase a few swimsuits. However, upon receiving the items, I immediately noticed that some of them were too small for me because I had not taken proper measurements. I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting customer service, but unfortunately, it was a lengthy and challenging process to have them accept the return. I found their lack of responsiveness disappointing.

Ultimately, they offered a resolution in the form of a 6-month coupon instead of a refund. I believe this solution is unreasonable, as I have no intention of making another purchase within the next 6 months. I wanted to share this experience with others, especially fellow girls, to make them aware that this company does not offer monetary refunds but provides coupons instead.

For my last order I managed to accidentally order the wrong size, Natasha was so helpful and managed to get it changed for me before posting out.

For my first order I found her feedback on sizing very helpful. It's lovely to have great customer service. The product feels lovely and has great support to help feel confident. Thank you!

Amazing quality swimwear and the customer service cannot be faulted. Natasha and the team should be proud of the service they provide and the quality of swimwear they produce. Would 100% recommend and buy again!

I now have 3 bikinis from Topaz and I love every single one. Every single detail as been carefully thought out from the branded wallets that the swimwear comes in that you can use to pack in your suitcase, to the gold metal details on each piece which feel such good quality, and the FABRIC - wow! The materials, the colours, the high quality is fabulous. The material is thick and designed to perfection so the bikinis sit and hug you in all the right places, the swimsuits cinch you in around the waist, and don’t sag after being in the pool or sea. I have the navy blue sparkly bikini set, the black swimsuit which feels like velvet, and the green triangle bikini which is the most gorgeous emerald green. I absolutely love everything that the brand stands for and would rather spend more on my swimwear that will last me years than buying into cheap brands that may last me a couple of holidays at a push. I can’t wait for more styles and colour ways to be released so I can keep adding to my growing collection!

I had an issue with my tracking number and they responded so incredibly fast and helped me locate the package. I REALLY appreciate their help, and I am so excited about my first order to arrive :)

Did I receive this Order? I was never even told by you that you had sent it. I don't have a tracking number or anything, that's not very professional.

My experience is that swimsuit still has not been delivered. I live in dubai. It’s a
Joke.
It was impossible that 3 attempts were made to be delivered as there is security gate that they have to go through where ID is taken and number plate and company and address going to. I have checked and no record. Also there are 2 maids in our house which live there someone is always in as I have 4 dogs. So the 3 attempts are impossible.

I’m literally overwhelmed with the great service Natasha provided from order to going above and beyond to assure the products have arrived in time. Not to mention the amazing quality of the swimming wear. It’s a perfect fit and I’m very excited with the products.

Beautiful quality swimwear (i own two pieces as couldn't decide just on one!) and customer service was fantastic! Highly recommend!!

Fit was rather large. Unwearable unfortunately and took a long time to arrive so limited what I can do!

I’ve ordered the Plunge swimsuit in black, white and the green! All 3 are amazing! The green is special looks amazing with a tan! And the free scrunchie was a nice little touch! The design Hugs you in all the right places, tummy and the waist and The high leg is sexy! you can adjust them and wear them in different ways is amazing. Packaging is amazing and the customer service is spot on!

This company is the crème de la crème of swimwear. I now own 3 of their swimsuits which I have bought on several occasions throughout this year and none of them disappoint. From the luxurious fabric to the hardware, not to mention the packaging upon arrival is impeccable. Forget your fast fashion brands and invest in a real swimwear piece that is classic and will last years. Thank you Topaz! Xo

Process for refund is awful. Beware they do not refund in full if you don’t see the note about sending the unwanted free gifts they send with bikini’s. I politely explained they didn’t fit (rare as I always have success elsewhere) and I was told they should… it’s like they didn’t believe me. Attitude, logistics of getting refund just stressful, communication needs to improve.

I have not sent rude emails once but had a very rude email back as you can see. Do not order.
