This was a perfect cycling vacation


This was a perfect cycling vacation. The route partly hugged the coast with sandy beaches and spectacular cliffs, also traversing small villages, forests, and farmlands. Our tour guide Sergio was a great companion and I felt we developed a kinship over the week. He adjusted our itinerary to surf a couple mornings and anticipated when we needed breaks and when we could keep going. His leading the tour was actually one of the best parts of the vacation as I planned nothing, which was liberating. We just went with the flow from one beautiful day to the next. I loved it.
