Order a bumper and they keep emailing…

Order a bumper and they keep emailing me about on I ask a question on but Order a different on took week to get it sorted then after 6 week I got refund and say nothing about what happened then I got a email from Kate to say I was trying g to scam them with a fake address witch it was not as I payed for the item worst ever so called company witch is not a shop as they order every from a different company witch I have been in contact with and now getting my order from them

Just sadness

Dear customer support,

From what I've gathered here, people are having problems with this company consistently. As I am one of those people, maybe it is a good idea to address these issues instead of telling people they don't know what they are doing. Having terrible terms of conditions to make as much money as possible with the least amount of input or sense of responsibility, is not an excuse to on top of that, behave in this manner. You seem rude and desperate to safe your excuse of a reputation. Attempting to explain yourself in reviews (in which you give yourself 5 stars ofc) instead of letting the quality of the company speak for its self is honestly very weird and unprofessional. Not only have you already lost at that point, it comes across as rude, insecure and quite desperate.

ordered wheel arch for a v class van , 6 week and nothing , then get a wassapp from somone in EU saying that they have my item and how much will i pay for them ? emailed TOPbodykit and just got no help rude and saying that is not down to them , some days later how have had my money back , but dont use topbodykit , there not TOP and no body maters to them

Regarding the feedback from Josh…

Regarding the feedback from Josh Downing...
We do sell aftermarket parts, they are not "bolt-on" items. Most of the parts are unfinished items and must be prepared before painting. It is a standard procedure with fibre glass products.
Please note that these parts are made to the highest standards and fit very well. However as with all fibreglass parts, some very minor sanding may be required on some applications.

Just to explain some bad reviews... If you stick to our terms and conditions we always help quickly and we are very helpful.
However, if you demand something that is against our terms and against any terms of any online shop - then we protect ourselves.

I recently purchased a Mercedes Vito roof spoiler…

I recently purchased a Mercedes spoiler off top body kit I had to wait a several weeks before the body shop I chose to paint and prepare it was ready to do the shop so I left it in the packaging to save it from any damage so when the body shop opened said package and start to prep it for painting they noticed some cracks and the spoiler had more highs and lows than amber heards court case so they immediately contacted me and sent me pictures which I then passed on to top body kits Customer service well if you can call it that they then proceeded to say it was my fault and the body shop I had chosen even tho it’s an insurance approved body repair shop that they should of spotted the defaults under the primer what they think they have X-ray vision to spot something under paint absolutely disgusting attitude to the whole customer service and management of topbodykit who refuse to give refunds or exchanges would not recommend using these as they are arrogant and rude and have no manners in anyway shape or form I had to give them one star because they wouldn’t let me give them none

We have cooperated with this company for a few years and we never had any problems. If you read the Terms and Conditions for this company then you will know what to expect from them.

This online shop is not at all helpful the staff are rood and send emails back to your inbox with Sarcastic remarks always chatting on about term terms terms ..well this is England and here the customer is always right dispatch times and tracking numbers are standard information for People who spend cash they don't want to be left in the dark in regards to purchased items and Wen they are arriving .and Wen you ask for so simple info you get cheeky sarcastic remarks from Kate.. services are disgusting at best..
