Do not buy from this company. My dress came at wrong measurements, and didn't look as advertised at the back. They wanted to charge me to fix it, even though they admit it was wrong. I asked for a refund, they said they will pay however I need to send dress back to China myself (yes, it's China made not Auckland). Costed me another $170 to send. Now they claim they have paid the refund, even though it doesn't show in my account. The bank and ministry of justice confirmed this. I am going to claim money back through dispute tribunal, if I can locate the stores actual address and owners name as none of this is public to find out. Do yourself a favour and never buy through TopBridal.

Topbridal.Co.nz is not a NZ company. It's based in either China or Singapore. They advertise dresses belonging to other legitimate designers. Their final product is awful. The design is nothing close to the picture advertised, the fitting is terrible even though it has been made to order, the quality of the material, lace and beading is way below average.
Even though their website states they are flexible with returns, especially if the reason for return is the design, fitting, etc. They are extremely difficult to deal with. They want to deduct money for reasons not even mentioned on their website. After a certain point, they don't even bother replying to your emails.
I have returned the dress and still waiting for my refund.
