After a long and exhausting period to finally get an agent how was willing to commit, it finally came, Robert was a super person, who actually showed some interest. Over 30 plus years I have always dealt directly with various airline and travel agents, this was a wim for me to engage a agent, and non the lest overseas agent. Ben knocked it out of the park with our London-DFW flights...booked us first class (business) at the rate I was finding for Premium Economy. Super responsive. They have access to rates and booking methods not available to the public. Will be using them for all of our travel!
