I bought a used Patterson golf buggy from Top Caddy.The buggy was shipped directly from Patterson Products where it was being serviced.It arrived on a pallet and exactly in the time frame provided.I have no idea how old it is but it is excellent condition apart from a few minor scuffs which could be polished out if I could be bothered.I also purchased 2 used loading ramps which were on the same pallet.I have already played several 18 hole rounds with the buggy and am well satisfied.Excellent service.

Bought a braked golfstream trolley from Len. Delivered in 24 hours and on the golf course a couple of hours later. Very happy with the trolley, so quiet and quick and easy to set up. It feels sturdy and stable and holds my golf bag without it twisting. I was able to use my own battery (originally supplied by topcaddy in 2020 and still going strong), as it has a simple battery tray and when the time comes for another battery I will not be tied to a manufacturers cassette style battery. The brake system is a nice extra on the trolley as I get older.

I spoke to Len about purchasing a Patterson 4 where he told me he had a hardly used buggy available.
I asked whether it would fit in my car, telling him what car I had and was told, yep, no problem.
I paid for the buggy, as it sounded ideal, and was later told by email that the buggy was, 'lovely, cleaned up and perfect'. A photo was supplied and the unit did look good.
We arranged to meet 117 miles from me to collect the unit and after arriving he phoned me and asking if 'I was the guy in silly trousers?', comfortable cargo shorts for driving, we finally met 2 weeks after I'd paid for the thing.
Len then proceeded to tell me that he didn't realise nor recognise my car which prompted me to think how would he know the buggy would fit if he didn't know which car I actually had?
We looked in his car where the buggy was and with the ramps, I said that I didn't think it would fit in my car.
Len was adamant that it would.
I was confident I was correct as, obviously, my clubs would have to be stored as well and I wasn't having them in the front with me.
I proceeded to look at the buggy and commented on the scratches all over it and noticed the rubber mat had lifted and had grass stuck to the glue. I also noticed that the thing was caked in mud and grass under the wheel arches, suggesting rather blatantly, it had not been cleaned at all. The seat also had a large wear mark on it which was obscured in the photo.
"It is a second hand buggy", said Len, but it certainly was not, lovely, cleaned up and perfect, not by anyone's standards so when Len asked if I wanted it and I replied, 'no thanks', he became rude and aggressive.
Now I'm ok with rude and aggressive people but for a guy who continually tells me that he's been doing this a long time and what do I know, also telling me that he'll refund me when he gets back to his office, I thought he was totally unprofessional and out of order.
I don't react to people like him but I did want reimbursing obviously.
He stomped off to do his shopping so I waited for him to ask why he couldn't transfer the money by phone, just as I had done to pay for it?
He slammed his car door, so I opened it to ask again and he told me to, 'let go of my f.....g car', where he aggressively yanked the door from my hand.
Now, for the bit I don't like discussing , I'm an above knee amputee and he nearly had me over by pulling the door while I was still holding the handle.
Luckily I didn't fall but I did say to him that he needed to calm down or he'd give himself a heart attack...
He muttered something and drove off.

I have received my money today but it cost me fuel and 5 hours of my time that I would rather had spent on a golf course with polite, professional, courteous people...🏌🏻⛳🙂

Had a slight issue with the straps on my topcaddy trolley, contacted them and Len sorted it straight away. Excellent customer service, will definitely use them again and have recommended them to all my golfing partners

The Lithium upgrade to our buggy is excellent and works as described. No issues with a recommendation to anyone.

Bought a battery for my single seat buggy. Len recommended 55am battery. Just done 18 holes on an hilly course still got 60% battery left on app he told me to download. Len was excellent with questions I asked before buying. Highly recommend. Thank you Len

Purchased a golf trolley battery from the company.

The customer service and aftercare response to questions/queries are personal and extremely quick.

Coupled with the 5 years warranty against the product (12v Lithium Battery) I can’t recommend TopCaddy and Len highly enough.

Anyone asking at my golf club will be told that they can purchase with confidence knowing that should anything go wrong with the product/purchase that they will be well looked after.

Having problems with my two batteries on my Patterson trio buggy I decided to change to a lithium battery, I looked at different firms and decided to chose Top Caddy, I'm glad I did having asked for advice Len got in touch with me and advised me what to get, the battery arrived next day, having used the battery once it only used 30% so I have no doubt it would be capable of 36 holes. I would not hesitate to anyone to use Top Caddy, thank you Len and your staff for a great service.

What excellent service and top quality product from Len and the team at Topcaddy. Nothing too much for them, extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them to anyone, customer service like this is hard to find never mind the quality product they supply.

My golf buggy battery packed up Len was very helpful went through all the symptoms to find out what was wrong unfortunately battery was knackered but Len did me a good deal, will Go back if I need anything else

Ordered by phone yesterday & was delivered in less than 24 hours. Excellent service from Len & pleasant to deal with.

Len at Topcaddy was very knowledgeable and provided a refurbished GolfSteam Vision electric golf trolley at a great price. It arrived in two days, well packaged and in good working order. A lot less risky than buying a used one on E-Bay.

Having damaged my motocaddy battery I was not prepared to pay for a replacement motocaddy branded product.
I emailed Topcaddy and received a call from Len who was most helpful and gave me the relevant information regarding the correct Topcaddy battery.
The product was delivered as promised and worked without any issues.
Although I have not played 36 holes I have no doubt that the battery would stay the course!

I purchased a Lithium battery in 2020 for my single seat golf buggy. I noticed it was not charging correctly. On contacting Topcaddy they were so helpful and their advice was 100%. They sent a charger that arrived the next day to see if it was a charger problem. It was. Their PR is 100% and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a Lithium battery. Well done Topcaddy and especially the gentleman that dealt with my problem.

Really helpful information from a very knowledgeable person, who answered all my questions, and talked me through the specification of the buggy i was interested in buying.
Thanks Len for all your help which allowed me to make up my mind and purchase an Eventer from you.
