Absolutely delighted to have come across this company. The quality of the icing topper was fantastic and it was so easy to apply (the instructions were very clear and detailed). They have a really impressive range of options to choose from, and personalisation too. I will 100% be ordering from here every year for my children’s birthday cakes.

This was my first time ordering from Topcake.
I ordered the chequered icing wafer sheets for a cake for my little boy and they are absolutely perfect. I emailed to get a shipping update and I received a reply within minutes. I have to say I was delighted with my cupcakes toppers.I ordered on the Tuesday and received them on the Thursday. The toppers were very easy to attach to the cakes . Clear instructions,

This lady saved the day! I ordered cake topper bits and didn't give myself enough time, and what with the bad weather recently etc an post had a major issue delivering them. I contacted top cake by email who actually sent me another set of cake topper bits which arrived immediately. Her communication is excellent, I was getting immediate replies and she couldn't have been more helpful. The toppers themselves are brilliant, exactly as they are on the website with really clear instructions on how to use and apply. I will be using again.

I needed edible cake topper at last minute. Not only did they supply and deliver in a day . They went above and beyond to help me choose borders that’s would compliment original photos . They worked on photo as my image were blurry. They are amazing company to deal with . Happy to recommend this company 5star

3.5 weeks after ordering the cake topper, it finally arrived (one week late for my daughter's birthday).
Whether my topper was posted shortly after my order being placed or shortly after I contacted the company a few days before the birthday, I will never know.
Certainly the company took no responsibility for the missed birthday and told me I should've chosen the tracked delivery option.
My opinion was that either 1. my order was not posted until I contacted the company or 2. An Post were delayed due to the hand-written address which was scribbled.
Either way I have wasted my money!

I’ve used topcake.ie a few times and I’m always happy with the quality of the product and speed of delivery. This time I contacted customer services to request some changes to a template as I’m having a joint party and they were very helpful and quick to respond. I then accidentally ordered the wrong size but emailed them and they said it was no problem as it hadn’t yet been printed. I’m delighted with my order which arrived the next day.
